Bought this computer on a whim because my "old" computer is running a CPU that wasn't > i5 required for VR. This comp works well with VR, as expected.

We didn't get this computer cheap but after just one year and one month, they graphics card went out. They suggested that I take it to my local computer shop for repair. I have had poorer customer service and I certainly have had better.

I just bought this morning. I paid for 2 years of protection plus from Geek Sqaud. I was very excited about trying out my new pc. Before I left Best Buy I had consulted with a couple of Geek Sqaud associates about the set up process. I asked if I would need a product key for Windows as I had read some reviews about people getting a pc with no key provided, but being asked to enter one by Windows. The Geek Sqaud associates assured me I wouldn't need one. When I got home and started up windows I was asked for a key. The ibuypower start up manual indicated there was a sticker on the back of the tower with a product key on it. Sure enough, there was a damaged sticker on the tower with unreadable letters on it. I called Geek Sqaud for assistance. They said they couldn't do anything about it except sell me another copy of Windows for $120. They advised me to report ibuypower to the better business bureau. They said I couldn't return the pc for another one because the OS was damaged and it was my problem not their's. I also called ibuypower for assistance. They advised me to exchange this pc for another one at Best Buy. When I told them Best Buy refused to back up their merchandise they told me I could mail them the damaged product code sticker they would send me another one in the mail, and it will only take 7-10 days for me to get another code so I can finally use the defective product Best Buy sold me only hours ago. Don't trust Best Buy.

Got this machine for work (I do alot of programming and 3d). Solid machine but the quality isn't perfect. A screw in the bottom of the keyboard was loose in the box, and it was either stripped or too short (trying to put the screw back in the hole it came out of the threads don't catch on anything) and it doesn't give alot of tactile feedback. There was a screw roaming loose inside the PC enclosure. Other than that, it'll do for a work machine.

I was excited to set this up and use for gaming. Graphics were great - but worked all of 1 day. Turned it off (not sleep or hibernate) - the next day turned it on - worked for 30 minutes then lost power. Could not power it back up. This is in a 70 degree room with good circulation and should not happen, especially due to heat since it is liquid cooled.

I decided to go the quick route and buy a prebuilt PC instead of building one. I purchased this PC and got everything connected and....nothing. The PC seemed to boot up but no video through to my monitor. I pulled out the gtx 1080 and used the onboard to setup the pc. Shut down and reinstalled the card...nothing! I am a one and done kind of person. So this was the first and last iBuyPower PC I buy. Cheap accessories come with the pc. So you should go ahead and add in at least another 150 for a nicer mouse and keyboard. Not recommended to purchase at all. It could have been just my PC but if it happened to me then it most likely has happened to more people. I purchased this today and I would return it today if it wasn't more than an hour back to Best Buy. DO NOT BUY...Power!

The website and the instore card state this is liquid cooled. ONLY the cpu is liqued cooled and they have no case fans on it to help with the heat of your gpu. It will fry itself in a matter of days if you dont install intake and exhaust fans YOURSELF.

I purchased a this computer today and the windows system was not working. I called IBUYPOWER Tech Support & received the worst customer service from a company that I thought had there stuff together. There was no manager I could speak to and the Tech Support guy would not give me his name (to file a formal compliant) and hung up the phone on me. I returned my computer for a full refund and will not purchase from IBUYPOWER again!
