This computer was so good that I bought an additional computer for my 16 year old gaming son. Easy setup. I even had to call iBuyPower tech support due to LED lights didn't work when I turned on one of the computers. Very friendly and helpful. Lark helped troubleshoot the problem in 10-15 minutes.

Purchased this computer over a year and a half ago. Has been a great buy. Would highly recommend.

Running @ 300+ refresher rate. Gaming is great. Had to upgrade my Internet speed to get full effect. A+

Good machine, I would increase RAM to 16 gigs though. But still runs games very well on 8. I have had no problems with it.

wow. the speed is great and all the lights are cool. I wish the expansion slots were more useful.

With my gaming laptop on it's last legs, thanks to age and a bad power port (repaired once already), I decided that I'd like to have something I could maintain over time, swapping parts as needed. I could have bought and installed each part and could have eventually something like this configuration or perhaps slightly better. But doing so would have involved a lot of rebates, research, time, and effort. And there's no guarantee I'd not mess it up. I merely wanted a machine capable of handling Final Fantasy XIV at maximum settings, not the tallest order to be sure. My wife wanted a machine capable of video editing without having to wait all night for something to happen. This machine met both of those needs perfectly. The case was larger than I anticipated. I forgot how large full ATX cases could be. But the design was very attractive and my wife preferred the white color over more traditional blacks and grays. The unit was ordered online and shipped to our local store. To our surprise, the same unit was available on the sales floor. I was under the impression these systems were online only. Once the machine was home, the set up was quick and easy. I'd already upgraded to Windows 10 so I wasn't going into that hot mess completely blind. The interior glows with a vivid blue that immediately found a little distracting. My wife didn't seem to mind. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The computer itself is stunningly quiet. Were it not for the visual confirmation of lights and spinning fans, I'm not sure I could detect that it was even on. This included running FFXIV at maximum graphics. I was able to get and maintain 50 to 60 fps, regardless of what was happening on the screen. I'm sure more graphically intense games would tax the GTX 970. The system ram remarkably cool despite having only air cooling. It comes ready for liquid cooling and I may install that later if heat becomes an issue. After playing FFXIV for a few hours, the free system monitoring tool "Speecy" by Piriform indicated that the average temperature was in the mid-80s, with the graphics card reaching a modest 95 degrees F. The only things I have to complain about are minor but annoying nonetheless. The otherwise beautiful white case was scuffed in a very noticeable place and the clear plexiglass window was scratched and scuffed. This is especially noticeable when using the LightingController app to change the color of the LEDs along the top and bottom of the case. It might be important to know that one cannot change the color of the rest of the interior LEDs using this tool. Lastly, either LightningController software is buggy or the hardware itself is faulty as it seems to only work sporadically and unpredictably. Still, this is a very minor thing as it's something like a $15 custom item in other systems. I am disappointed that the scuffs and scratches are so obvious and that's enough for me to deduct one star - despite the fact that cosmetic blemishes do nothing to reduce the performance of the computer. The performance is outstanding for the price. Going in, I did know that iBuypower has or had a suspect reputation and I was hesitant. But I'm glad I took the chance, as it's performed the intended task flawlessly so far. If anything changes within the next few weeks, I may edit this review in response.
