I have thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous computer!!

I haven't been pleased with this computer. I think that the sales person oversold us on what we needed/didn't need. It was hard to put together.

Compared with other machines at BB and Fry's and finally opted for this one. It's an excellent combo of muscle, state of the art tower and looks. Super fast on advanced games.

So far this product is meeting our needs. This is a gaming computer but we are using it for our church music and projectors.

Runs fine so far, a tad large, but works. Handles current generation games fine.

Nice and slim model. Speed is great. Nice for gaming and for picture uploads.

Personally love this computer use it every day to game. I have since upgraded a few parts but its still running strong and love it!

This is an awesome gaming computer! I bought it for my son, and he loves playing computer games on it!

I bought this computer because I wanted a gaming machine that I could easily upgrade down the line without having to spend a lot of extra money. Since buying this machine I upgraded the AC600 USB 2.0 Wi-Fi card to a AC1200 USB 3.0 card (I get 400Mbps down at my place and the other card couldn't hit above 100Mbps due to the speed limitations of USB 2.0), doubled the RAM to 16GB, replaced the power supply with a modular one (750W; the one that came built with the computer is 500W and also looked cheaply made), and added a 1TB Samsung SSD that I was using on my old laptop to run Windows and apps on. For my use, the i7-6700 and the GeForce GTX 970 gives me more than enough power to accomplish every day tasks and play the latest games without much drop in quality or framerate. The SSD itself makes a world of a difference and I sometimes feel like I can't keep up to the amazing speed of this machine. However down the line I do plan on replacing the motherboard with a Full ATX board and a much better Intel chipset (the one that came with mine was an entry-level Gigabyte microATX board, I wish they could've at least put one with more DIMM and PCI-e slots) Overall, it's well worth a buy for the price you pay for but if you have the money to buy all the parts separately, you could possibly spend the same amount of money with better specs. But in my individual situation, the 18 month holiday financing sealed the deal and I'm happy with the upgrades I did to it.

I’ve had this computer for over four years now and still using it for all my needs. It has been running strong and only now is the graphics card showing its age compared to the latest releases. I am considering upgrading a few components or just passing it down to my son. I’m sure we can get another 4 years out of it easy.

So far so good. Can't complain on the easy setup and how simple the windows 10 runs.

Since the graphics card is only a GeForce 970, I probably should've waited till the 1070 dropped in price which was a few months after making this purchase or when they came readily installed. Either way I've had this rig for over a year and I cannot complain. It's been great and manages to run most games such as Skyrim and Tomb Raider at max settings with minimum lag.

Overall great computer would recommend it to anyone looking for a good gaming pc

Um....this didn't work. ever. I mean never ever. On the other hand, Best buy did take it back without fuss and replaced it with a new one. That didn't work. well, sorta worked. I gave up and took that one back too. Still, Best Buy definately honors the refund/exchange policy which is good to know.

Love my new gaming PC! The first one we purchased had a issue installing Windows. Brought it back to the store and it was exchanged with no problem whatsoever.
