I was pretty skeptical at first when i was thinking about buying this computer but after a few days of using it i can honestly say it was worth every bit. The computer itself is very fairly priced and after playing multiple games on it such as OverWatch, League of Legends, and StarCraft 2 (all on max settings) i can say that it runs great. Contrary to what another reviewer said in his review of this machine it comes with a 600 Watt power supply that works well. The only cons i would have against this computer is that it does get warm when im playing games which isn't much of a concern to me but who knows, and finally the last thing i have to say about this computer is that the wireless adapter it comes with isn't really that good so i would suggest getting a different such as the netgear wireless adapters. All in all great computer for a very fair price, would recommend to anyone.

The PC performs as advertised. I conducted a benchmark test of the CPU and graphics card. The CPU received essentially a B+ rating and the graphics card an A. It was purchased for my son for gaming because his existing computer could not handle some games. Those same games perform flawlessly on this PC. Regarding the few comments by previous reviewers about the PC arriving with disconnected components, Ibuypower's instructions advise that the PC is opened and inspected for loose components before you boot it up. This is because some components are not designed with the rigors of shipping in mind. This PC had foam packing strategically placed inside the PC to prevent things shaking loose. It worked, the PC had no disconnected hardware issues. I ran it to one REALLY ANNOYING issue, Geek Squad support. I needed to call them because when I booted up ... Windows 10 was not validated. The screen advised I check for a sticker on the back of the PC. I did, no sticker on the back. The screen instructions said, if not on a sticker at the back, check the disc that comes with the PC. That did not work either. Several hours of phone calls to BB over two days did not resolve the matter. They said it can ONLY be handled by returning it to the store. That was a 400 mile round-trip drive that I wanted to avoid. They said it was impossible to issue a Windows key over the phone. I escalated the support case and got nowhere. BB explained that keys are "no longer on a sticker on the PC due to piracy issues". I waited until Monday and called Ibuypower who are closed weekends (which is annoying). Duh! The Windows key was on a sticker on the SIDE of the PC case. I never even looked on the side since the screen instructions. suggested the back. The Ibuypower tech support guy was very condescending, a guy called Manny exhibiting poor customer relations skills. Despite all that, the PC is a great PC and the price dropped $100 two days after I bought it. BB refunded the $100.

    Great so far

So far this computer has been fantastic. I originally wanted to build my own computer and select very high end components for it. Right when I was ready to pull the trigger I found out about the Nvidia gtx 1080 being released within a few months. I didn't want to shell out 3 or 4 thousand dollars on a super high end gaming pc and then have my GPU's be outdated in a few months, but I wanted a gaming PC that would hold me over until the 1080 comes out and that I could upgrade. Enter the BB904. This appears to be a Best Buy exclusive (hence the BB in the model number) and I can't find any reviews or other info anywhere else about it, but so far this thing is great. I came from a Asus pre built PC with a GTX 680, i7 920 and 8 gigs of DDR3. This feels like a huge step up. I am getting about 90 FPS in the DOOM reboot with everything maxed, 65ish in The Witcher 3 with everything on high or about 45-60 with everything on ultra and 60+ on Fallout 4 with everything maxed. That's all I've played so far and I haven't overclocked anything. My temps are all normal and the system has been 100% stable with no crashes or issues. One thing I will note, the 8 gig memory stick comes installed in the wrong socket. The motherboard manual (the MOBO is a Asus H170-PRO for those who want to know) states that the stick needs to be installed in the DIMM A2 socket (second one from the left). Mine was in the DIMM A1 socket, as was the floor model at BestBuy. A guy from the geek squad actually pointed this out to me when I bought the PC and after reading the manual when I got home, he was right. Not sure why IBP installs the memory in the wrong slot but it's no big deal... it takes 10 seconds to move it. Other than that... this thing is a great computer that's ready to game right out of the box with no overclocking needed. It will run any game out there with all the settings maxed or nearly maxed at 60+ FPS in 1080p. I'll be picking up a 1440p monitor soon to see how it performs and I'll update the review with the results. There is also plenty of room to upgrade and add more memory with this case (made by NZXT), which is the only thing I'd suggest people do when they buy the PC... even though 8 gigs is enough for gaming. The case would be considered a mid tower case and the airflow is really good with plenty of room to add more fans. One last thing, the price. The price isn't bad at all for a pre built PC. If you add up the components for a build you may end up getting a little bit higher end components by building it yourself but you're gonna pay close to the same price if not a little bit more. Plus you do the labor, installs, updates, troubleshooting for any issues etc. This really is a really great computer for a good price. Enjoy!

    Great VR ready machine

I bought this computer to use with my Oculus Rift and future HTC Vive. It runs everything I have at it at max settings and runs Oculus Rift at full resolution and 90fps. I assume it will work with my HTC Vive too. I saw a lot of bad rep for their computers due to cable management issues but the one I bought at the Best Buy store looks pretty good. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a high end gaming rig.

bought this rig a couple weeks ago for my gaming needs to replace my old computer. this rig has way more power than I probably need. all games to date (at least the 20 or so I tried) run in ultra resolution with no hesitation. i just bought 64 gigs of hyperx fury memory to boost it up more. though I doubt it needs such an upgrade with todays games. compared to other gaming rigs of the same caliber. this has more bang for your buck...highly recommended

ive had no issue with the computer since i purchased it less then 3 weeks ago. The only problem i had was a simple power wire was slightly unhooked from the GPU during transport to the store but nothing that was not fixed with no effort. The computer performs well with little to no problem on many of the games i have tested on it making it a great computer for its price range. The one thing i would suggest to look into is getting a new set of fans installed on the top that are silent for additional Cooling since it can warm up quite a bit. Other then this the computer is great and it fits well within my Desk which was a concern at first due to its size.

Overall experience not bad. Downside is the horrible cable management inside. For such a high end computer it comes with a 500 watt power supply. Really disappointed considering the cost of it. Led lights don't stick well top one has fallen several times in 4 days.

I upgraded to this computer from the IBUYPOWER BB903. I attempted to add an additional 8gb ADATA DDR4 2400 module, but could not find any on line so i purchased two 16gb G.SKILL Ripjaw V Series DDR4 2133 modules. The motherboard is very good if you do not plan to overclock, it is an ASUS H170 Pro. The video card is also top notch, an MSI GTX 970 with 4 gb of ram. The PSU is adequate, an Allied 500watt. It has and ADATA 128gb SSD and Western Digital 1TB HD. At the heart off this beast is its CPU an Intel Core i7 6700 8 core 3.4 GHz processor.

I absolutely love this machine. Runs my World of Warcraft game with ease at the highest settings. Only downfall was the adhesive for the led lights fell off. But that was an easy fix.
