Below Average when you add in Best Buys Geek Squad

I bought this from BestBuy two months ago and as first it ran pretty good until the power supply died on it. They put in the cheapest PSU in it, which would fail when trying to play Modern Warfare. I reached out to Geek Squad, but they wanted to argue with me that it was an issue with the software which would cost me $200 for the yearly computer maintenance and I would have to wait 4 to 5 hours to speak to a consultant. I bought a new power supply unit and it fixed the problem. Ibuypower wasn't much more help as they only have a customer service program that is only open M-F 8-5 PT. Not much help when your computer goes down on Friday afternoon at 5.

I bought an 1,800$ computer from them and it started rattling and failing within months. i tried to reach out for support but nobody is ever there to take a call or message!!! they won't respond to my emails and I think its because they want my year warranty to expire before the answer me! I wish I bought a different PC, iBuyPower doesn't care about you after you buy. They only advertise the GPU and CPU everything else is cheap crap that will fail faster than any other prebuilt computer. Don't buy anything from iBuyPower!
