This PC is working superbly and flawlessly. The temps on the GPU and CPU are always cool under load while gaming. Fans are quiet as well. So happy that it came with an included mouse and keyboard so I wouldn’t have to purchase additional accessories. However I wish it came with all the motherboard accessories like storage expansion cables. If your in the market for a new PC and were worried about RTX 30 series cards staying cool, then you should buy this. But be aware that you have to mantain the liquid cooling loop every year.

So far so good. Everything is running as it should be. The only flaw I saw was the water started bubbling in the front. I guess it’s a tad short on distilled water. I watch a YouTube video on how to maintain your element CL from Ibuypower. It was very easy to top off. This is my very first gaming PC and I love it. If you go to pcpartpicker.com and add all of the parts that were included in this pc. You are actually saving more money than you building it your self. Especially with the custom liquid cooling and with all of the pipes, you can’t beat that. Hopefully this PC will last for another 10+ years until I upgrade again. Once you see it in stock, buy it right away. Don’t pass on it. The packaging when arrived, it was well protected. You can tell they put a lot of care into the shipment.

First desktop I have bought in 20 years. Was looking for something to support WFH and that kids and I could do some light gaming with. Watched build options / prices and availability on many websites for months. Ended up choosing IBUYPOWER based purely on the guts of this build on paper, how beautiful it looks in the photos and the unbiased favorable reviews available out there. Computer arrived on time. Setup was a snap. And after a few days, the build handles everything I need with ease. Only upgrade so far was adding another 16GB of RAM to support some of the design work I need to do. Haven't really spent much time on the gaming side yet, but know the system and RTX3070 will handle that with ease. Removed one star as I was really disappointed with how the unit arrived. There are fingerprints everywhere on the inside of the liquid cooling reservoir that are impossible to clean without draining the water and taking apart the system...which is a little intimidating to know whether or not I will be able to get that back together and working right. Additionally, many of the slot blank covers on the back of system are bent / damaged. The tempered glass side was scratched on the bottom of the unit. And then there is a big gummy sticker they put over the standard motherboard ports to tell users to use the RTX3070 card for video connections. I had to use chemicals to remove all the gummy material left behind on the board...which was a pain and who likes putting chemicals on their brand new $2100 computer. Frustrating to say the least spending $2300 on a pre-built. Who is buying a $2300 desktop with an RTX GPU that doesn't know what video connections to use? And who do you have building these machines that doesn't know how to clean glass / handle the machine to prevent scratches before it arrives to owner. Too much hassle to return, so going to keep it. But wish I'd just gone with a more trustworthy pre-built brand like Corsair. After adding memory and Corsair mouse / keyboard, the price difference is negligible.

The Element CL gaming desktop is a open liquid cooled PC at a "reasonable" price point. ***THE GOOD*** The PC comes as advertised 16GB of -Tforce Delta RGB ram, an Intel i7-11700KF, and an MSI RTX 3070. With the OS installed on the m.2 500GB drive. The performance is what you would expect from a machine with those specs. Ascetically the machine itself looks pretty good with the focus clearly being on the components and the liquid reservoir on the front. ***THE BAD*** This machine comes with an ASROCK Phantom Gaming 4 ac motherboard. As a result you are left with utilizing the ASROCK Polychrome RGB software. This software is not as robust as the offerings from other manufactures and based on comments from their own forums does not work particularly well. In my case the software was able to pick up the RGB from the case fans (due to the RGB controller from ASRock) however it was not able to pick up the TForce Delta ram which was installed, despite it being listed as one of the supported components. After following direction from the ASRock forums, uninstalling Polychrome and reinstalling it, as well as doing a full system restore when the reinstall didn't work, the RAM was still not addressable and as a result was just glowing a constant red. I even tried to disable the RGB completely via the BIOS (which you can do via Polychrome in the BIOS) however because it was not addressing the RAM I was able to turn everything off except the RAM. I will be returning what is otherwise a pretty good system due to issues outside of iBuypowers direct control (other than them picking the parts). This is a problem that could be avoided by changing motherboard manufacturers as most of the other manufacturers RGB software seems to be more robust that Polychrome. Non RGB ram could be installed instead and to be honest I don't think it would detract from the ascetic.

    Great PC, basic motherboard

It's a good pc, would say it's worth it considering today's gpu prices, but there are a few caveats. One is the CPU isn't the 11700kf its the locked 11700F, which kinda is lame the higher base clock is of course better but not much. The motherboard is very basic, and the io is very limiting, needing to use a usb hub. The water cooling is great, gpu under load I am not seeing over 60 degrees with very intensive games and applications. and under 50 with games, 30 at idle. CPU is more or less the same 30-40 idle, and no more than 70 under heavy load. It's pretty quiet the only thing that's noticeable is the fans, and the water circulating. Mouse and keyboard are a nice touch but are pretty basic but hey it comes with it. Rgb is nice, not a fan of the software as it is again basic there isnt much you can do outside of a couple modes. No problems to date have had the machine for 2 weeks and no complaints runs great is great at games, quiet. overall great pc, just parts are basic, would recommend a better motherboard if there is anything I would change.

Awesome buy 9 months ago for the 2070 version before the shortage at $1500. I up the ram from 16gb to 32gb on mine. The 2080 version with 32gb ram was $2000 back then. The 3070 is better than the 2080 for speed. Better for VR. I would still say you can't build this cheaper even now with the GPU prices. The hard line cooling is awesome for OC. $400 value. The light effects with the hard line tubing is beautiful. Really beautiful. . Just buy it while in stock. It will go.

I was very excited for this pre build however after waiting 11 days to receive system it only worked for 2 days and get stuck in a windows 10 bootloop. However I will give credit to IBUYPOWER they had excellent customer service. I ran some troubleshooting with an IBUYPOWER tech that help me re install windows 10 and try some other things, unfortunately he thought it may be a hardware issues after our troubleshooting. I had the option to to RMA with IBUYPOWER but would have taken 3-4 weeks for rma process. I chose to return unit to best buy and move on with something different since this was no longer in stock at time of return.

I bought this pc about 4 months ago, even though I had to connect the fans from the back it has been working just fine. The RGB from the cpu to the graphics card platform makes it look very fancy. I am happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

    Multiple issues and defects

Out of the box, there were several issues. First, none of the fans or RGB were working, as the power connector was undone, but that was an easy fix - The flow indicator is defective and stuck in place, despite the water flowing. This would eventually be a huge issue as its impossible to see the water flow and if the pump stops working, it could do signifcant damage. After a few days, the RGB on the GPU water block stopped lighting up and the GPU began randomly crashing during normal use. I will be returning.

Bought this thing 3 weeks ago and when it got here a week ago I turned it on and not one but all 5 fans were not spinning. To add insult to injury it came with NO manual or any kind of paperwork to tell me what parts are inside. I'm not tech-savvy and for a $2,000 price tag you should at least plug the fans in before you send it to me so I don't have to deal with a headache.
