Out of the box, check all my connections and discovered the hard drive was not connected. The motherboard ports also did not line up with the case. Missing standoffs. The only thing that I could actually plug-in to the motherboard was the Ethernet cable. Booted it up for the first time and after POST, boot kept failing. So I had to reinstalled Windows with a Media tool. Worked fine after that but a little disappointed with a pc I spent $2000 on and my very first gaming pc right out of the box and ended up returning it 24hrs after purchase due to the motherboard being so out of alignment. Geek squads only option was a refund since they were sold out of that model or to charge me to repair it! Dreams shattered went home computer-less and very sad.

Handles my trading platform very well to trade the meme stocks lol. Still haven't figured out how to change the colors so it's random all the time but great computer overall.

Computer thermals get too high after short periods of gaming. Took it to micro center since I dont trust to send it to California for warranty. Like pay so much to send it and gamble it even gets there and back? Yea right. Anyway, micro center said the pump is failing but there is literally no way to replace it since its custom. Effectively biggest paperweight ever.

My boys are 17 and 20 and they like the works the water goes through both places

I had it for like 5 months now and it’s a really good pc

1TB SSD that came with the system only had 112GB of available space. Over 660GB was an unusable partition that iBuyPower decided wasn't necessary for the new owner of this "custom" built system. had to completely reinstall a new version of Windows 10 that I bought at Best Buy so that I could reformat and repartition the SSD for max availability.

Received it twice in damage faulty conditions and waiting for the third one to show up. This has been going on for a month. I deserve store credit, the product, & a full on refund for my inconvenience.

Ibuypower computers are complete trash... also be seriously careful with purchasing extended warranty from Best Buy... after a year with this computer the garbage AIO cooling system broke... Best buy forces you to send it back to manufacturer and then is when you have to del with Ibuypower'sTERRIBLE AND USELESS COSTUMER SERVICE and they take FOREVER with repairs and there's also a good likelihood youll have to return the repair because of how they mail only

I purchased this product with the specific goal to be able to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. The computer was shipped to the Best Buy store and arrived three days ahead of schedule. I watched the You Tube videos before it arrived. The computer was very well packaged and was equivalent to any other computer as to the difficulty in setting it up. I did not have issues as I have read in a few other reviews. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product. My only issue is that it did not include software for controlling the RGB lighting, which I tried to find online with no success. I'll give IBUYPOWER a call when I have time to see what they recommend.

This P.C. was purchased online on October 31st and was delivered amazingly fast on November 3. The computer was well packaged from the factory, arrived in excellent condition and only took a few minutes to setup. By far this is the fastest and most powerful gaming P.C. I have ever owned. It handles intense graphics and processing of Microsoft Flight Simulator without any stutters with all game display sliders on maximum. Definitely well worth the price for hassle-free quality gaming!!
