Purchased 2 of these both had power supply failure

From day 1 the first computer had issues powering on and off. After 2 hours with customer support I had to have a new power supply shipped and replace myself. (Could not return to Best Buy because I purchased 45 days before Christmas and there is only a 30 day return window for non total tech) I fixed the first computer only to have the 2nd power supply start to fail only 2 months after turning it on.

Be careful with this one

Right out of the box, had my son in law set it up, because he has had multiple gaming computers. First of all, 2 of the led lights around the fan were not working. So I’m thinking ok well at least see set it up and see how it works…….A couple hours of gaming and the thing crashes. Taking back for sure. Maybe someone dropped it during shipping. I hope so. If the next one works better I’ll leave a better review
