This was super easy to set up. Worked perfectly out of the box. I've been playing Wow and BF6 and it absolutely crushes both. I've been out of gaming PCs for a few years, this made it so easy to get back in the game. I have both BF6 on PlayStation and this rig and its so much better on the PC.

I was concerned that a non-Dell/HP/Lenovo, etc brand might have some substandard components, but on the contrary, this thing has an Asus motherboard with (4) m.2 slots (for NVME drives) 3 of them are PCI-E 4 and one is PCI-E 5! This thing is relatively future proof in that respect. Also, the video card is an Asus TUF 5070-TI as well, which was very comforting. In practice, this thing screams. And it looks great too, though that was a secondary (or further down the line) concern for me. Since we set the PC on a table (away from dust and pet hair!) the ports on the bottom front come in really handy. And wow, does it have some fast ports. I won't go into detail about them, but if you're interested, look up the motherboard: Asus Z890 Max Gaming WIFI7. Given that the Z890 chipset was launched late in 2024, that gives you an idea of just how "hot off the press" this model really is. (And also why, at the time of this writing, it only has 1 other review.) When I compared this to numerous other machines out there, the specs just blew them away. And even without the fact I got it on sale, it still beat the competition by about $300 for the same stuff, and with newer parts and compatibility to boot. The setup was super easy. However, I did buy a 4TB boot drive and cloned it, b/c the 1TB seems like a waste. If you DO go that route, and use the same drive slot, get yourself a PCI-E v 5. drive. They are a bit more expensive but they are BLAZING fast. Your PC will boot up faster than your phone.
