So it arrives..... power it on..... WINDOWS WILL NOT LOAD..... pack it up ship it back .... new one arrives.... on a Thursday.... Tuesday... daughter HITS POWER BUTTON.....KABLAM NO POWER NO LIGHTS NO ACTION!! ITS AN OVERSIZED PAPERWEIGHT. Returned to nearest Best Buy for a refund. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Was told if it didnt work I could bring it back...well, opened early for Christmas and Windows has NOT been installed and does NOT work. Store is out of stock for exchange of course as well as the FIRST one I purchased a few years ago for my older son which I had to pay an extra $200 for another pc which they had in stock. Last computer I purchase from Best Buy !

We plug it in and turn it on only to find out it that it had a faulty processer, we got an error message and had to take it back. Totally ruined his birthday. Tears and all. So thanks for that iBuyPower..
