BestBuy Cust Service & Descrip is WRONG, ASK MFG

I even told bestbuy.com and 800# Memory slots is 4 NOT 2 for this model, it is DDR3 SDRAM, so that would be 4 of these to equal the 32 expansion. ALSO NO VGA ports, bestbuy show it as 1. Did bestbuy.com care to discount or check out the issue,.... NO NO NO
