From the time I purchased my ibuypower PC at Best Buy, until I was finally up and running streaming the web and playing my computer game - was a fantastic experience! I initially wanted the pc that was right below this one (as far as specs/price) but it wasn't available - anywhere. So the awesome Geek Squad Tech at Best Buy hooked me up with this one (the next step up), and carefully and thoughtfully explained everything to me (an extremely non-technologically savvy layman! Or, "laymowan"! LOL) step-by-step. It came in a day early, so that was cool. My ONLY complaint is that setting it up was a little more challenging that it probably should have been, as it didn't come with any instructions whatsoever. So my husband and I did a lot of Youtubing. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. And I cannot express enough how much I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this computer. The changing lights through the transparent tower, and the lights on the keyboard and mouse are freaking awesome!!! Thanks so much, ALL!!!

Huge upgrade from my old PC. This PC came in on time and started up right. It is well built and parts are genuine. I could tell the better performance right at start up. I did curbside pick up because of Covid-19 and it was easy and didn't take long at all, super convenient. Thank you iBuyPower and BestBuy.

The pc is great especially for the price of it since it’s on the cheaper side of a gaming pc. There’s room for uogrades so I will be upgrading it it the future but overall a great pc

This pc is the closest one i could find to mine because bestbuy doesn't sell it anymore. However, my ibuypower pc was of great quality and lasted me a few years!

I haven't owned a PC in quite some time so it took me a little bit to get used to this machine. In fact, I thought there was something wrong with it, and since the instructions said some cables may be disconnected, I thought it was not completely set up. So I made an appt with Best Buy and had them check it out. Turns out they're extra cables for expansion, silly me. Anyway, so far it appears to be fine.
