I purchased this for my younger son as we homeschool. This computer is literally running a solid 12 hours a day, sometimes even longer, and never once had I had any issues with it. The RGB lights are as bright and vibrant as anyone could ask. Unfortunately we cannot seem to control the inner lights with the remote, only the outer ones, and both Best Buy and iBUYPOWER came up empty handed as to why. It was not such a huge concern that I felt the need to replace the unit, but if you are sensitive to the bright lights or want more control over them, I would definitely recommend making sure everything is in working order before installing all your stuff on it. The included keyboard and mouse are cheap but usable. I eventually upgraded him to a Razor keyboard, but the board was going strong even when I replaced it, so now it's just a back up. The mouse he is still using at almost a year later, so cheap doesn't mean bad. All in all I would definitely recommend this brand and seeing as this is my second iBUYPOWER gaming computer, I can certainly say I would buy again.

After years of playing on an ASUS Laptop (Model No. X550JKDH71) I got a major upgrade with this desktop. I purchased it when it was on sale and have to say that it works amazing. Some parts can use an upgrade such as the mouse and keyboard. Letters started wearing after a few days of use and mouse texture isn't to my taste. I am a satisfied customer overall though, I can play all my games on very high if not ultra at 1080p thanks primarily to Ryzen 7 2700X and MSI 2060 RTX 6GB VRAM. Computer does run a bit hot at times so I need to upgrade cooling but it stays sub 80 degrees C comfortably even at peak loads with intensive games. What follows are manufacturer name for certain parts in my product not given in item description(yours may vary). RAM by ADATA , CPU Fan by Deep Cool, Case fan by ARC, ASUS PRIME A320M-K motherboard, Channel Well Technology non-modular PSU has 80 plus bronze label and DC O/P is 500W MAX, AC600 WLAN USB wi-fi adapter. Didn't give too much attention to RGB system as I don't use but seems pretty basic.

This PC has such a beautiful design and is really fast... gives me high frames in all my games. Absolutely satisfied by my purchase.

Recently purchased and received this computer after waiting 6 years to upgrade from my last PC. This computer is extremely powerful and everything I wanted in a very affordable price! iBUYPOWER quality is excellent, and I would recommend this to any hardcore gamer!

I got this computer a few days ago and so far it has not given me any problems and runs demanding games like Pubg, and Apex without any problems. Overall great computer and I look forward to gaming on it more!

Computer was promised to be here by July 18th and did not arrive until July 25th. When we first set it up and turned it on, the fan was hitting a piece of plastic. My son was able to fix it. I have put my pictures and work files into one folder (Mom’s Folder) but the rest of the computer is for my son to do gaming on. He seems happy with the performance. Thank you.

Amazing computer got it on sale Runs excellent but it just crashed and now won’t turn back on. Should have got the Best Buy warranty since the manufacturer seems like a bunch of hoops to jump through bought 6/11/19

Just bought this machine at my daughter's recommendation. It was very easy to set up and is very fast. Wanted the ability to add the hard drives (a 1TB SSD and a 2T HDD) from my old machine. There are two slots open for me to do this and the cabling is already in the machine. It is quiet and very clean looking. Great purchase

It's a great price for the CPU and graphics card you get. Building it yourself would equal around the same price for all the parts, so you wouldn't save much money going through building the PC yourself. Although, for about a month I thought the RGB remotes were messed up it turned out the remote batteries were dead from the start. For the case light remote point it where it says "point remote here' on the case but for the RGB LED strip in the case, point the other remote at the strip. The PC runs FPS and RPG games beautifully as well. I would recommend getting a new keyboard and mouse as the ones that come with it are cheap and flimsy. For affordable replacements, I recommend the Razer Chroma Cynosa Membrane keyboard and the Logitech G203 Prodigy gaming mouse. Overall it's a great machine. If you have overheating issues (it's AMD, of course) either buy more case fans, water cool the CPU or upgrade the air cooler. You won't be disappointed with this computer at all.

Excellent gaming PC that more than maxes out everything that I play. Sometimes these go on sale, I would jump on it if you want to get into PC gaming or could use an upgrade. Very quiet, loads fast, and even has fun LED lights.

This is my first gaming PC and I'm impressed! This PC is so quiet and I get 4K resolution. Love how iBuypower included two free games, even though they didn't have to.Really fast too. Highly recommended!!

After a long wait, I finally decided to buy myself a gaming PC and I came across this product. Its good for start. The PC is running smooth. AMD Ryzen 7 works brilliantly. The fan is also silent. Really like this product. I don't regret purchasing this. If you see this on sale, just grab it.

So my experience with PC’s right now has been bad because CyberPower sent me two computers both of them I had to send back because they were broken. Then I got this IBuyPower and it came in good condition but I didn’t like how the USB that connects it to WiFi had no instructions for it so it took me 45 minutes to figure it out. Apart from that it seems great so far.

This is my first PC in a long time, and It's been able to run everything smoothly, and it feels worth the purchase

I have had my pc for about 3 weeks now and I have to say it is great. It looks stellar, is very spacious inside, doesn’t take up too much room, and the system is amazing with great performance for starting out. Upgrades can be made but for someone like me who doesn’t know much about PCs it seems like heaven. Highly suggest.
