I purchased this after reading comments from the ibuypower account stating this had 4 RAM dim slots and would be a B450M motherboard. After a delay and after seeing other had issues with not getting what they paid for, I knew to immediately check. Well, indeed my computer showed up to my door and to my surprise it was a A320M motherboard with only 2 RAM slots. Vague item descriptions and subpar parts are all I got from this experience.

The pc i bought was advertised as 4ram slots and only came with two, also my pc seemed to be resealed meaning it was already opened. The corner of the pc was also bent and the top usb plug in isnt even aligned with the hole. Sad to see iBUYPOWER selling products like this. Please reply so we can talk about a solution.

After owning this machine for a week i can say it is quite the beast without overclocking. Although the fit an finish was rushed to say the least especially the cable management was quite sloppy, a foot was too far in ending in a easy to fix wobble, and the top panel was not completely snapped on although minor it is notable. In terms of packaging the box it came in was pretty bad although the machine an accessories were fine shipping is a big need on improvement. I know in these trying times logistics are difficult but my box shouldn't look like it was kicked down a flight of stairs lol. As for the installation everything was perfect it POSTed, booted and ran fine. Not even that behind on Windows 10 or OEM drivers. A notable issue with software is the RGB controller software ASRRGBLED also known as ASRock Polychrome, stopped working after I installed Origin or Epic Games Launcher. But this is due to a failure on ASRock's part not iBUYPOWER it's just a bad program that requires you to flash it's BIOS after any change lol. The keyboard an mouse are ok great for entry level gaming or daily driving but not for the more picky of us. All in all the convenience of going through a middle man to get cheaper system-intergrater machines is nice. With part prices close to MSRP, to the door delivery, and the safety net of warranties it's not that bad to go with iBUYPOWER this time around.

Have been without a gaming rig for a LONG time and took a chance on this one. Booted up nice and quick. Easy windows set-up then on the way. Shipping took about two weeks but eventually it came in. Just have to realize the world we are in right now, things aren’t the same as before and shipping won’t be instantaneous. However, once you get this bad boy and set it up, you will be quite happy with the results. Only minor issues I have is that the internal lighting doesn’t turn off when computer turns off. Had to manually turn it off before shutting down using system app. Lights aren’t too bright or obnoxious (IMO). The other issue is the keyboard (came with the tower so meh) doesn’t have slip guards underneath so if you have a slick desk or surface, it could slide if you apply the right pressure. Otherwise, a seemingly great rig so far *knock on major wood*. Hoping that this one will go the distance.

Mine came with a motherboard that has only 2 ram slots. General build quality is fairly low and the parts used are the cheapest possible versions. Would be a solid 4/5 just for the convenience of the shipped machine met the specs described, unfortunately by cheating out on the motherboard I’m left with needing to replace the most difficult part to replace in the not so distant future.

Handles all games 60+fps on ultra settings. Can run virtual machines with no issues, quick. A bit bulky and keyboard has some sticky key issues but thats about it.

Shipping was delayed and deliver took 15 days. Performance is solid and benchmarks good. Motherboard only had two ram slots as apposed to the advertised four.

Unbelievably fast, rock solid build, ASUS brand parts, three RGB fans (was expecting two) shipped via 2-day air. I have to say that I am absolutely amazed. I was in a bit of limbo at first given the less than great communication about inventory and ship date, but BOY did iBuyPower come through big-time. Phenomenal build quality and upgraded the shipping to 2-Day air after it was initially delayed. I could not be more impressed with iBUYPOWER. Kudos galore.

Perfect computer for my gaming needs! I usually play games that aren't too demanding like League of Legends but I occasionally play Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty both of which run very smoothly on this computer.

This product showed up with a broken mouse (best buy took care of that) and it came with 2 ram slots instead of the advertised 4 (which was one of the selling points for this unit). Other than those things the computer itself has run well I haven't put it through extensive anything aside from normal set up and preferred app/game downloads

Bought a PC, with it being my first time buying a prebuilt. I was amazed at the quality of the build and the components inside! I am very pleased with the computer, it runs like a dream, and I would definitely buy again! My only complaint would be the shipping. I paid extra for expedited shipping, only for it to come in 3 weeks with no help from support or any information being told to me, leaving me in the dark. However, I was eventually refunded for the expedited shipping, so no harm no foul.

Very fast and I am going to keep it, but motherboard description is wrong. Only two slots. Not an Asus as pictured, but low end ASRock. For the money that should be better.

Given the components it's a fair enough price for the build. However the initial image and answers from iBuypower regarding components turned out to be erroneous (a lower quality motherboard with fewer ram slots and a version of the video card with fewer port options). I had hoped to use this computer for a good while, being able to update as I went. I don't think I'll be able to do that - at least not to the level I had expected - with this build. Not a very good first experience with iBuypower, I'm afraid.

Some specs were below listed, some were above. Parts quality was pretty good (got an ASUS GPU). Definitely satisfied for the price, runs well so far with no temperature issues
