I've had this computer for several months and no problems. Easy setup right out of the box.

Everything was great. No bloat ware. Use it hours a day. Over 6 weeks and no glitches.

PC run smooth and have no problem. The great thing about the system that it load fast.

This review is being written 2 years after buying and I could not be happier with this purchase other than if you are thinking on getting an I5 then just spend the extra 100 or so and get the I7...

Got this while it was on sale during black Friday. Great specs, and runs extremely quietly. Haven't really put it through its paces with CAD software or super graphic-intensive games, but I've been playing Overwatch on Ultra with zero frame-drop so that ought to say something. I was originally going to build my own PC, and even though this came out to slightly more than if I did, I could justify the (minimal) cost to save myself the hassle. I would 100% recommend this rig to anyone else.

This was my first time buying a gaming desktop and this is probably the best purchase I've ever made at Best Buy!

It's wonderful experience only l am disappointed with the graphics card but its a good choice

I have had the pc for about a month and I am in love with it and glad I got the gaming pc on sale for $899

this is a great computer for gaming. the only downfall is that it does not come with a dvd player

This computer has very decent hardware that is powerful for gaming and is affordable which makes it a must have for those wanting to switch over from console to PC. it is also very good for multitasking, excellent playing games (depending on what the game is), awesome lighting features inside the PC for more customization as well as a controller to change colors, brightness and even settings to add the following: Flash, Strobe, Fade and Smooth.The negatives about this computer is mainly not having CD/DVD drive and not all of the computer can be customized with multiple colors but instead with just red color. I would definitely recommend this to someone starting off on gaming and plays games digitally instead of installing from a disk.

Great expensive purchase. Got an email that it was ready for pickup. But waited for hours cuz it was not ready for pickup!

Christmas gift. Plug it in - not alive, re-seat all connectors, still dead. Reseat all one more time - still dead Jim. Theoretically, this was supposed to be checked out by Geek Squad folks before I picked it up. Seems that theory was wrong. Nice to spend $1000 for blank screen. Gift recipient heartbroken. Thanks guys! Will take back and if they fix it we might see 3 stars max - our time wasted is worth at least two stars...

Had problems working right out of the box. The hardware was not working together well.

I have had this system for over two months now since purchasing and installing early December. It has out performed my expectations, all the games I own and those that I owned and could not play on my previous computer work flawlessly on Ultra/High settings. The one draw back is not having a disc drive I needed to purchase an external drive to download my older games by CD, but with PC gaming leading to more digital downloads in the future this was not a big deal for me. 10/10 - would recommend to those in need of an upgrade from the basic PC **after reviewing the specs I have to add the system I bought had an Intel Core i5 6400 2.7 Ghz quad core I see in this build they increased to the i5 7400

This PC has very good specs for an amazing price compared to other computers. It runs and looks great. I was expecting some loud and clunky computer but it is very quiet. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I had been searching for a new computer, but not for gaming! I am a wedding photographer and needed to replace my old computer with something better suited for handling the tasks of Photoshop, Lightroom and other photo-related programs. This computer is gorgeous, first off, and super fast!! Setup was a breeze. The only thing that is new to me is Windows 10, so I am learning that now (my old PC had Windows 7). Quite a change! I haven't had this PC all that long but so far I love it and am extremely happy with this purchase, as well as the Black Friday purchase price I got it for. Such a steal!!

Ordered this PC two weeks ago and received it in a week with the intention of giving it to my son as a xmas gift. So as not to have the PC sit in the box for the next month and potentially have a problem with it xmas morning when I turn it on, I decided to unbox it and boot it up. Overall, the PC looks awesome. Setup was easy and straightforward. The only real issue I have, hence the reason I only gave it 3 stars, is because it only comes with 1 LED strip inside the case and when I called ibuypower customer support & tech support to order another one, because I know my son will want it to be brighter inside, I was told they couldn't sell me another LED set. Not only would they not sell me another set but they told me that since I bought this PC through a retailer, they will not do anything to assist in upgrading or modifying the PC in anyway. This is a big letdown for me if I ever want to swap out the CPU or video card in the future for a more powerful one or even add memory. The only advice I was given was to return the PC to Best Buy and buy it direct from them which makes absolutely no sense since the machine shipped directly from them in the first place! Best Buy doesn't even stock this model!

I have well over 100 hours logged into gaming on this pc and can say its absolutely fantastic. One thing that did bother me was, my pc came with a completely different case then the one shown. Also i would've preferred if they put the brand of the graphics card instead of saying Nvidia. BTW its an EVGA.
