Monitor and hdmi cable works with other pc/laptop, so I know its an issue with the PC Now I have to spend additional funds to have a geek squad tech come to my home to inspect the pc. After already paying cab fare to bring the first monitor back to Best buy in order to replace it due to loose screen/compatibility issue, I paid the $200 difference as they did not have the monitor in store, they wanted to offer another monitor of a lesser brand. SMH. This is the last item I will buy from best buy. This PC was just built. I waited to have it shipped because it was no longer on shelf, was being built, and now brand new does not work.

I normally use this as a workstation for my coding, editing and productivity stuff. Paired it with a LG 34 " and a wireless keyboard and mouse, couldn't be happier. And got a very sweet deal of 200$ off on MRP.

The first issue I ran into was the graphics card was throwing an error. After looking into it I fixed it, however while visually inspecting it the graphics card was bent. I then noticed the windows was "not activated" after punching in the windows key it was still corrupted. Hopefully when I return it the next one will be in good working order.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got the system in today was very happy, after i opend the box and started looking at it and was upset. motherboard don't have 4 slots for ram only has 2,not sure why they would put a micro atx motherboard in such a big case, the remote they gave for the lights won't work. tried new battery not worth the 999$ that i spent should have just built my own would of had more performance/upgrade in the future if i did
