Decent computer. Runs good. I’ve been having problems with the motherboard. Multiple programs say it’s an asrock b360m ib-r1. I can’t seem to find any info on it. Every time I google it I get info for the b360m pro 4. I contacted the manufacturer (ibuypower) on updating the bios and after days of troubleshooting he basically told me I got a faulty motherboard.

Worked mostly and was fine, but it had an issue with the motherboard that would cause all USB ports to short periodically, rendering the computer useless. I don’t know if this is a common problem but definitely something to be aware of. Luckily Best Buy offers a good warranty so it wasn’t much of an ordeal to replace.

I exchanged the Cyberpower copmuter had bed crashing every time I tried it got this new IBuyPower for my new oculus rift works better but the wireless signal sometimes stops I’ll try to buy a new wireless adapter to see it works better with this I’ll be the 2 computer I’ll return in 1 month if this keeps messing up

So I bought this computer 2 and a half months ago. I’ve had little issues with it ever since I got it. They were Small issues but, still annoying with a brand new computer. 2 days ago the computer completely crashes and won’t start up again. I called Best Buy to see what I could do. They said to bring it in. I brought the computer in and they want to charge me $150 to reinstall windows. That is 15% of the original price after only owning it for 2 and a half months. I’m past the time where I could exchange it and there is no warranty on it so I’m stuck with a bill after only owning it for a very short time. I won’t be buying another IBuy Power again. Stick with Alienware or one of the bigger names.

Worst computer I have ever bought. I’ve had it for two years now. It is back in right now for repairs. If you must buy one, buy the $200 a year Protection plan from Geek squad. You will need it.

Day after hooping up, the machine can’t recognize the WiFi adapter. Now it’s a dead gaming computer that we have to mess with getting fixed. We will probably box it up and return it.

I purchased this awhile ago, and am just now having time to review it. However, the system crashed within 4 days of me buying it. I hadn’t installed any malicious software or anything that would cause such a torrential crash. Upon trying to fix the machine, I found that windows had to be reinstalled, however the installation disks provided by the manufacturer did not help at all. Chatting with microsoft about the issue didn’t help either, as their suggested steps to solve the problem did nothing. DO NOT BUY unless you have experience with this sort of issue... because I am now stuck with a $900 computer that is a giant paper weight.

The quality is okay quiet running PC. Graphics are decent and the output is pretty good I returned on its software. It blue screened twice, once on the second day, and then about a week later. PC is fairly okay.

Bought this for my son for X-mas 2018, it took 3 days to download.
Had our internet service out here, nothing wrong with the internet.
Less than a week later, It was FRIED!! Took back and exchanged for another just like it, got it home & would not work at all!! Took back to Best Buy, guys looked at it and said parts were not all there, so they ordered another. Got it and took over night to download, day two it would not hook up with the internet. So taking back and exchanging for another brand or money back. Worse gaming PC ever DO NOT Waste time or money on this !!!!

Worst pc you can buy I really had to take time of my day to write this review ever since I bought this computer it has been a strougle all I try to do is play Fortnite and it crashes or freezes everything is up to date contacted Microsoft everything appears to be good but still having same issues can’t even download something and watch a video with out it freezing so bad. Try resetting pc to start fresh but still no fix I only have a month with this computer worst choice to buy even for your first pc save up and get something better.

So, issue with windows. System tells you to install windows disc and repair installation. Big problem there, there isn’t a disc drive!! So geek squads phone support has a great idea, bring it into a store so they can take a look at it and tell you it doesn’t have a disc drive. Wonderful isn’t it?! So if you want to roll the dice and hope you never have to do a windows repair please bug away!!

I purchased two of these computers as Christmas gifts. Within 2 days, one of them was having an error screen. Shortly after, the other one crashed. I returned both computers to Best Buy for the same models only to have the same problem. Finally, I returned both and purchased a Dell Gaming computer. So far, I have no problems with Dell Computers.
