I purchased two of these computers for Christmas gifts. The computer had good specs was terribly made. On day one, the system crashed. Took it back to Best Buy three times to exchange for a new one. The fourth time, I traded both in and got a Dell, and has been problem-free ever since.

PC kept shutting down. Support had me go out buy a flash drive, download and reinstall windows. Same problem. Nothing but busy signals on support number. Spent an entire day trying to troubleshoot and resolve. You get what you pay for. Move on to Alienware. This is going back and I will move on. Nothing but frustration.

Everything bout this is bad. First the box wasn’t properly packaged, then there was scratches on it. Then hen it started the computer, it got stuck on loading screen for the whole day. I think it was more of a Best Buy fault. It seems like a return but geek squad with Best Buy didn’t check it and just sold it.

I replaced my 8 year old Alienware Aurora with this PC. I have to say, for the price, this is a great value for an entry-level gaming. The system boots up quick and does not have a lot of bloatware which you typically get from other PC manufacturers. I use this primarily to stream to Twitch and it has more than enough horse power to stream your games. Games like Overwatch runs great and never dipping under 60 fps. The only downside to this PC is I cant figure out how to add an additional hard drive. I am guessing you will need to move the plastic casing in the bottom to get access to the cables, but there are no manuals included to help you figure out how to do this. Overall, great PC, and I would recommend it for people who likes to buy pre-built PCs.

Could not hook up monitor w/o additional attachment

we purchased 2 of these computers exactly the same. My wifes was the first to have issues. It would start randomly lagging here and there all the time. Then mine started doing it. They went back before then15 days were up.

I bought this computer for my son for his birthday. Had an error message about a failure right out of the box. Took it back and got the HP OMEN which has been perfect and is an awesome computer for just a little more but well worth it.

Os system didn’t come installed when it said it would be installed and honestly is a piece of crap. Spent all this money for something to not work. Do not buy

I’ve had computer a week had to return it due to not wort. Now I’ve had for a month and now it’s not working at all piece of crap

I have owned this PC for 5 years and I have to say it runs flawlessly. It has lasted me longer than any pc I have owned in the past 15 years. I used to be a Dell person, but the last 4 Dells I purchased died within a month after the warranty expired, including my Alienware!!! On this computer, I play Diablo IV and World of Warcraft without a problem at all. They run flawlessly.

hello all, i really do recommend ibuypower computer the price is fair and i love how i can change the color (any color really) maybe a few that might not be possible (black) but you can change the color its not restricted like i thought at first. i bought it for gaming and i got to say im highly impressed no issues at all on all my heavy games (grand theft auto, Assassin creed , and few others). i also like how i can plug headset in fro multiplayer and only hear the chat not the game like my other i had. this is my best purchase and if i need an upgrade down the road im getting other ibuypower also a bonus very quiet.

Plugged it in and 2 error codes and now it has deleted Window 10 off our computer.

The PC was easy to set up and runs quietly. Lights look good. Doesn't have any unnecessary programs. Plays all my mid-range games with no issues.

Less than one month in, blue screen of death. Not ideal.

It's really bad for installation. And no explanation

Computer itself is fantastic. Easy to set up and get started. That said the promo code for fortnite is not as easy they claim it to be. 1. First and foremost DO NOT THROW AWAY THE RECEIPT. The first code you need is on their. 2 you need to download software updates for the video card before it will let you redeem the first code and get a second code. And 3rd you need to go into the video card update software and enter the first code from your receipt and they will give you the second code in an email to redeem the game code. As a person who hasn't played a second of fortnite "cpu is for my son" this became an all day pain in the but trying to figure out.

I think this is a great computer to start with because it’s not super expensive and it has just what you need to have a good experience. One of my only problems with this is the 120GB ssd card it comes with but that can easily be fixed if you just buy another and replace it. I love how it keeps games like overwatch at a constant 70 FPS on the highest settings. I also love how you can customize the lights to whatever you want. The design is amazing and it impressed me every time I look at it. The only downside is the 120 GB and that is the only reason that I give this a 4 star. But if they were to give it a 256 GB it would be a 5 star.

I love this computer. Any game that I threw at it, I can get amazing FPS. I play fortnite, overwatch, csgo, to Apex legends, and this PC can handle it all even, on high settings. Of course, I have my own keyboard and mouse, (Steelseries Apex M750 TKl, and Logitech G502 proteus spectrum, which I both recommend), so I was pretty much ready. If you are looking for a budget friendly pc that can do what you want, then look no further than this one. I actually got the prices of the parts, and found that it would be more expensive if you were to build this pc, by roughly 150 USD.

I was looking for a computer to be able to play some hard core gaming. This is exactly what i needed. The graphics card is very powerful. The keyboard and mouse are just a great addition. I need both of these. One amazing feature is that the computer is EXTREMELY QUIET. I love that.

I wanted a computer that was super easy to set up, and very powerful for gaming, specifically WoW. I'm really happy with this one so far, and it was half the price I expected to pay.
