Everybody has the same problem: bad wifi card. IBUYPOWER installed a bunch of rubbish and didn't even bother to quality control the issue. It Kept connecting me to "Skynet". I felt like I was in "The Terminator". My son's Christmas a complete wash. Yeah: First World problems, but you spend $1000+ for an item, you expect more than this. TO add insult to injury, the monitor I ordered to go with this? I open the box and it's someone's headphones: no monitor. IBUYPOWER? FAIL. Best Buy? FAIL.

NOT GOOD FOR OCULUS RIFT.

At first it seemed perfect since the specs exceeded what was needed. Everything was fine until I had to hook the rift up to the computer. It won't recognize the HDMI port! I took the computer back thinking the first was defective and got a higher model and the exact same thing happened! The monitor won't recognize the HDMI port. I've tried everything! First the graphics card only has DVI out and the HDMI port seems to be connected directly to the motherboard and not the graphics card. I will be returning this to BEST BUY and getting something different.

Super disappointing, had to replace twice

The solid state drive failed within the first few days of using it after we gave it to our son for Christmas. We were able to take it back to Best Buy and exchange it. It's now May and the solid state drive on the "new" one of these is also corrupt. Our only option is to send it back (at cost to us) to iBuyPower and have them send us a new solid state drive, and have us install it ourselves (not tech support people). BestBuy won't let us take it back at this point. We are bummed. It seems like the computer should have worked for more than five months.

Out of the box the "AURA" lighting program does not work and I can't find any solutions online. That's a little annoying but not a deal breaker. The other main issue I had is frequent freezing for about 2-3 seconds. Seems to happen when playing games or listening to music, also can't find a solution online to this problem. I would avoid this computer and all other Ibuypower products going foward.
