Software problems right out of the box. Blue screen of death within 2 weeks. Ibuypower tech support good with no problems. I reloaded software from scratch and I haven't had any problems as of now.

1st off, the keyboard is complete crap. Computer and mouse are great. I was hoping I got the ONE system that had a good keyboard. NOPE. 1/10th of the keys don't work and it just feels like cheap crap. IT IS! All else is good!

Decent PC, not as fast as I was expecting. Pretty bulky, but I like the ability to see into the tower. Bluetooth is basically worthless, but other than that a decent tower.

It's been a month now, and this computer has handled everything my kids have thrown at it. Huge improvement over our old machine, which couldn't handle the newer graphic intense games. No worries here, and they love the looks/lights too.

Pretty good for a decent startup computer. Motherboard got fried 2 years into having it, but other than that, the computer was cool.

Out of the boxes its ready to go. Had it hooked up and on the Internet in minutes. My son has zero problems with playing high resolution games. The only thing was the antenna you screw into the back you Can't tighten much at all.

I bought this when I was just starting out. Didn’t even work. It was frozen in black screen and wouldn’t update. I personally wouldn’t buy it and would recommend building your own as I ended up doing

Had it for about 2 weeks loved it, but the hardrive failed and I had to go exchange it. Extremely aggravating losing all info and trying to fix it

Received exactly as expected. All parts working and performance is as expected. One minor thing is the LEDs inside the case can't be turned off, so can be annoying during the night

This gaming computer was a Xmas present for my 12 yr old son. He LOVES it. After using it for 3 weeks now, his only complaint is the keyboard. Think he’ll get an upgrade soon.

They do not disclose what size power supply you get. The 1060 is only the 3gb version. It does what its supposed to do but i'd hold out for something with more V ram

After owning many HP, Toshiba's and Acer over the years. I thought I would try out a gaming computer. I didn't need the higher graphics but thought more is better. Then the SSD drive I was told start up is great. Well I hooked it up and it overheated from the git go. In looking, they never secured the CPU cooling fan down, only 1 of 4 pins had it secured so it wasn't even on the CPU and overheating. I fixed that, fine no biggie an oops. I did put my old hard drive from my old computer in this, which was just two plugs so that shouldn't be an issue. Well 2 nights ago, it locked up with Preparing for Automatic Repair. I use a computer for business. Read other people have locked up with Microsoft 10. So I tried all their tips, nothing. I don't have the time to wait 2 weeks for Geek Squad to check it out. Had an IT person check it out for me. Here the ENTIRE operating system vanished, POOFED!, they had to reinstall it all, said it was either a freak fluke, or the SSD is bad I won't know until it happens again. I have never had the issues I have had with any other computer.

My son loves this computer, first gaming computer. But we do wish it had a disk drive. We had to purchase a external which takes away from the look.

We've been buying the iBuyPower systems for our office, and have had very good luck with them. This was a nice machine which is being used by an administrative person.

This computer came straight out of the box ready to run my Oculus Rift. The graphics are great. My entire family is able to enjoy it.

Good starting PC for gaming and easily upgradable. Best bang for your buck if you're looking to get into VR for cheap.

I really love it, I buy it mostly for gaming and it really is wonderful! very good quality gorgeous colors, my setup will look amazing and everything organized!
