    This thing is a beast. At this price point, it's really hard to beat. I max out a lot of games and get great fps. Most newer games will flawlessly play on very high or ultra while maintaining north of 60 fps. The case lights are kind of too bright at night but they can be turned off in the bios, although the rgb effect is really cool. The mouse that comes with the PC is great and the keyboard is ok (a little cheap feeling but it's nice that it comes with it). The fans are very quiet. The tempered glass panel is awesome but a little intimidating when removing and handling it. You dont want to break it! The PC shipped with NO bloatware. Boot time is great and I love the included ssd. Great PC, would recommend to anyone.

    The first sign of trouble was the tiny solid state drive. At 100 GB, the first update aborted due to space. But the real disappointment was having it pronounced “junk exchange” by Best Buy after less than 9 months of playing pretty mild power drawing games like Civ 6 and a wee bit of Kingdom Come.

      We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the system. Some people do not require that much storage, which is why this system comes with a 480 GB SSD. However, since our systems are all upgradable, you could install more storage if you are running out of space. We're not sure why Best Buy pronounced the system junk, that is out of our hands, but we can assure you our systems are built with new, quality parts, and are meant to last years with the proper care and maintenance, ibp-AW
