I've had a custom made PC for well over 10 years I've had to fix over and over. Ive been meaning to upgrade. I got this one because it didn't seem too expensive, though I didn't realize it came with low ram. Was told it's expandable but not sure how much. However, I have no problems so far. It boots up so much faster than my old PC. I use it to edit family trip videos, internet browsing, some at home work, and to play oculus rift games on my quest 2 via link. I don't really need it, but it's cool that I can customize the colors and patterns of at least 4 different features on the physical tower. I don't know enough tech to say I'd recommend it but I like mine fine enough.

Bought this computer to replace our old one that died. Wanted to have a machine that would be able to play the latest online games but also support standard computer needs. Was torn between this machine and the CyberPower machine. Ultimately went with this one because of the tech in it being more recommended. So far so good. Would have liked an internal DVD drive, but had an external. The kids love that it can play the online games as well (Fortnite, COD Warzone, Roblox). Also helped that it went on sale after buying so Best Buy price matched it and we got $150 back.

This PC will provide absolutely everything an entry-medium level PC gamer needs. Was able to get 200 FPS consistently with low settings on Fortnite

My son loves it. We have had no issues with it and it hasn’t missed a beat. We upgraded the ram right away. Plays everything he wants no issues

This computer is more than what I expected. It was very simple to setup and it is lighting fast. It was great that gaming keyboard and mouse were included.

I bought this PC, being my first. Everything was easy to set up, and it worked very smoothly. No problems at all. Very happy with the product that I bought.

I've had some hiccups before but this PC is very easy to use and setup. Being able to play Street Fighter V on max settings is a very nice benefit as well.

So far this desktop has been doing pretty good. The desktop comes with a mouse and keyboard, which makes it good for beginner users who are just getting into gaming. The RGB lighting on the fans are fun to look at, and it is good to know that the desktop has 4 fans, making the desktop have good airflow. You can easily customize the RGB for the fan lighting, and there are a lot of options to choose from. First time purchasing from iBuyPower, very satisfied.

The cpu gets really high almost 100 percent, added more ram and made it a little better. Recommended to add almost 16 g ram minimum. The lights didn't work at first but turned out they were just unplugged.

I am not a big fan of computer games. However, this i5-9400F has been a great purchase. I can play some games like Diablo 3, Super street fighter V, Castlevanias, etc. without any problem. Also, I can play ALL emulators without any problems. I recently updated the RAM to 64 GB and I can do all the multitasking jobs without any problem. The computer fan makes no noise, even at night, it is very quiet. The Bluetooth connection is excellent. I would definitely recommend the purchase of this equipment to people whose game needs are relatively moderate.

I would recommend this pc as a gateway to anyone interested in making the first step to pc gaming. Great quality, speed, frame rates and ease of use.

Purchased for a roommate who wanted to updated her current system. Not a bad set up for the money, big improvement over her old system. One of the fan was disconnected but it was an easy fix.

I went back and forth with building my own or pre-built. After looking at the specs on this, it was pretty much what I would have put in it if I built it myself. BUT for less and I didn't have to take the time to build it. Graphics is AMAZING and I have had NO issues. Well, one....out of the box there was a loose cable around one of the fans that made a clicking noise. We had to power down during the initial bootup, so it messed up the original windows install. BUT we got it working and its a dream. I would gladly spend this again on this.

Great pc and great price and works smooth and I am pleased with how it works while gaming and specs the computer provides for the price.

So far, the pc is working very efficient to do what I need it to do. But, there has been a couple downfalls. I’ve only had this PC a few days and already... The bottom LED light on the front fan stopped working. I’ve returned a previous PC, of the same model, for this one too. The first PC did not turn on at all. - completely defective. Meanwhile, this model already has a defective fan. I do like the performance of the computer, for the specs it offers. But it really shouldn’t have any defective hardware components. Still debating if I want to return this PC for a 3rd one of the same model. Nevertheless, the performance is good and you’re able to play almost any game on Max settings.

Unboxed the item today to test it before next week. Was disappointed to find 3 of 4 led fans not lighting up. Called ibuypower’s tech support during this busy time of year and was kindly walked through reconnecting the cables that had detached during shipping. He also walked me through updating an audio driver for the RGB software. I think my son will be pumped. All in all great value and components.

The Pc is a great plat form to build on. There are many additional add-ons to make this pc superior to all others Pc builds. All though my Pc was Missing the remote for the light controls I'm still going to give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Pretty simple, out the box it comes, plug it in and go. My friend got the same PC I did a week later. I opened the box and plugged it in and it’s kept blinking, and shutting off. Well, that could be a problem for someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. I had to open the case and secure the RAM stick. It wasn’t plugged in all the way, and it was just that simple. Other than that, these PC’s run Warzone, all the way to Apex Legends without a skip. I recommend buying an extra SSD. 250gb is not enough, so of course you’d have to fill up your HDD first. Warzone in itself would take your whole SSD with the full game downloaded as well. Very good price for a decent build.

It runs so smoothly and is so surprisingly quiet definitely a good addition to my home and haven’t encountered a game yet that I can’t play.
