Very good looking computer, super easy to set up. It also comes with a really nice keyboard and mouse. My wife loves this computer

Its a good pc. But at first i didnt know we had to connect an antenna to the back of the pc. And i forgot to buy a webcam and a mic.

I bought an oculus with this pc and it runs amazing with this setup. It’s cheap and affordable and is a very acceptable pc for gaming.

Greating gaming desktop. Top of the line quality and the graphics card is pretty decent. Everything runs fast due to dual drives.

I just started using this computer but it has definitely made my game play increase in time because of it's awesome speed and graphics.

This is a great PC for gamers. My son plays fortnite and he has enjoyed both the graphics and speed of this model.

This was an easy set up. It's a great gaming computer. I can play world of warships and the graphics and speed is fantastic.

My son loved his gaming system it is sleek and is a very good system. It is easy to access all features and its light but sturdy.

Has been a great pc, I have only upgraded the RAM. Only complaint is when I bought it a fan was not connected.

I ordered this PC on Black Friday for $650, A great price for the components included. This PC runs games amazingly; for example, Overwatch runs at a near locked 144fps at Ultra settings. This PC also comes with a keyboard and mouse, however, I find that the keyboard is too light and tends to move around and the mouse is also very light and uncomfortable to my large hands. Certainly not deal breakers, though. The RGB fans are a nice touch. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

My PC arrived early and has great performance! The RGB is awesome and not too bright but enough. Gave it a good work out as soon as it was set up. The only downside was I was trying to connect it to my monitor via HDMI and it wouldn’t show in picture. I turned it off and realized the GPU/graphics card wasn’t sat properly on the mother board. It should’ve had some kind of insert to hold the parts in place during shipping, could’ve had a dead GPU. Other than than that fantastic!

Love it! It's very fast and reliable with pretty much any game. Graphics look beautiful and memory is fine for beginning.

Just made the switch from console to pc & this pc has made the switch enjoyable. Decent graphics & runs high FPS on many games. Def recommended for someone new to pc gaming.

Great setup and product, I'm really enjoying the computer, the only problem is the LED lights in the fans don't work. Past that, the computer runs quickly and smoothly :)

For the money, I got it on sale, it was a very good choice. I did a lot of online searching because I was not familiar with this brand. Turns out the have a very good reputation and make some incredible gaming systems. I did buy a Square Trade warranty/replacement plan. It was very good and it was a lot cheaper than Geek Squad / Best Buy. When i called iBUYPOWER to see if I could buy an extended warranty from them, they told me only if I bought it from their web site, The IBUYPOWER rep recommended square trade over the geek squad. Just from I have already read, they do the same as the geeks and maybe a little more.

I bought this PC as a surprise for my partner. The video posted for the unboxing doesn't pertain to the BB971. First one, clearly opened. Exchanged. Second one, ram wasn't seated correctly and once fixed the boot loop the ram caused corrupted windows. (plus, the fan issue everyone is having). Exchanged. Third one, fan issue of course, plus the PSU wouldn't shut off with windows and the polychrome software removed the default RGB lighting effect. contacted iBuyPower and they told me that the PSU issue was feature so I could charge my phone when the PC was off and that if I didn't like it, to go into the system BIOS and change a setting, which I did and it didn't resolve the PSU issue. The polychrome software link they sent me didn't correct the RGB lighting issue, so I recommend not using Polychrome if you like the RBG effect (the rainbow) that's not an option in the Polychrome software and when you install it from the link they provided me, it says it's out of date and needs to be updated, which also isn't an option, no updates available. Plus, on this PC you couldn't fully plug in a USB on the front to USB ports. they still functioned, but they were loose and would rock so head headset would disconnect if the cable got moved even slightly. Exchanged. Fourth and final device. Unboxed the unit with the geek squad, fan issue of course, getting really good at fixing that one. This on also had the PSU issue. On this device the fix iBuyPower provided worked! Made sure Polychrome wasn't on the device it was because I signed into my Microsoft account and OneDrive so I deleted it from both because my partner loves the RGB rainbow fan effect. after all that the only issue I knew of before leaving the store was the same USBs not fully plugging in to the front two USB ports. I decided that I would live with it because of the value for the money. We also bought an M.2 drive to boost the SSD performance. installed the M.2 and the device wouldn't recognize it in Windows. looked it up on the ASRock which is the motherboard I got on all 4 PC's. there is a known issue for the BIOS software that you have to update the BIOS to version 5, but some have had issues where it bricked the motherboard during the BOIS update. So, that's it. We are going to hold on to this and watch the deal at Best Buy and see if anything else meets these specs for the money. I work in the industry so I was able to fix these issues in most cases except for where build quality just wasn't there. I've sent my experience to Best Buy and iBuyPower to see if they can fix these PC's before a parent who has worked their buns off to buy their kid a gaming PC for whatever gift giving holiday they are celebrating. It breaks my heart to think of an excited kid, opening this to play their favorite game and a parent that doesn't know how to troubleshoot issues, and it just ruins that special day for them. Also, iBuyPower pays for reviews, up to $30 in gift cards for posting and proving them, you posted. Funny side note the display PC at the store I bought it at also had the fan issue, which I fixed for them because it was really bugging me, and the same front port USB issue, which I showed them.

This purchased was necessary because my son wanted a gaming PC. So I went another route and it did not work out well. This PC ended all my sons frustrations and gave him back joy for playing the games he likes. No only that he also gets immersed in automation which will help him as he become a teenager very soon. This PC is like a race car comparing to what he had before. To be start forward I should purchase this from the start, lesson is well learned.
