This was a very good computer for me. I had it for a year. It had a couple of problems when I got it. When it arrived one of the lights on the fan didn’t work and it had problems with connecting to the monitor. Overall it was a very good computer and did what I wanted. Customer service was a good experience. Oh and after a year it quit connecting with the monitor but like I said good customer service as when I sent it in to be worked on for both problems stated I ended up getting a full refund. Always get the protection plan.

Using it for pre/post audio production. i5 processor is just what I needed. Runs quiet, runs fast. Looks great.

Graphics and speeds vastly improved; grandson has pretty much given up on his PS4 since we set up the desktop.

I've had this PC for around 4 months now and it has ran smoothly since day 1, easy setup and great price.

I've really been getting into gaming and my traditional laptop was no longer cutting it. So I was looking at buy a gaming computer for awhile. This computer seemed liked the best bet for me and was for the best priced. Love the colors, easy set up came with instructions and a number you can call for help or website you can chat with experts on, definitely upgradeable. Make sure you get a VGA to HDMI adapter depending on what monitor you get.

Bought this for my son, didn’t know much about gaming PC’s, did some research and found this would be a good choice for his first PC. It’s very, very fast, the system is nicer than mine is! Price was decent but definitely not cheap. The colorful lights and see through tower is really cool! I would recommend to anyone interested in a good solid gaming PC as well as for personal use as well!! Very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend!

For an entry-level gaming computer this is amazing! The graphics are excellent and the speed is amazing!

Bought for my son he loves it works great and it is easy to upgrade internal components

Would be 5 star review if i didn't have to exchange for a new pc. The first one i got was rough, it appeared to be an open box after i got it home. One fan light wasn't working(not a big deal) but windows was not even installed on the pc also was missing a screw for the glass side panel. I took it back and exchanged for the same pc and the new one is perfect. The only thing i recommend is getting a 16gb kit of ram as 8gb wasn't enough for warzone, eft or rust. Great pc overall still quiet and runs the same a month later. Also got it on sale so it was cheaper.

If you are a gamer and owns a business there could be a more better computer for the money then this one. Multitasking and gaming this computer runs smoothly!

I got this computer to work at home. I wanted the specs offered on a gaming computer to run various programs simultaneously with ease. I often run several browsers, microsoft office programs on the same screen. It works as good as I imagined and needed it to. That being said, I do play some pc games on it and it works great!. Oh, I did increase the RAM from 8 to 16 upon purchase by the way.

So the first computer I purchased I had to take it back to Best Buy due to light issues, so they ordered a new one for me and I had the same issue again, however I opened the back panel and the light wires were unplugged during shipping, but it was a quick fix, and nothing was damaged the thing is not everyone can do it until they know its unplugged. The reason I know how to fix it is because at Best Buy an employee showed me how to fix this issue if you have this issue again. Performance wise its great for medium spec games, and no other issues so far.

Got this PC for my Oculus Rift S. Had a easy time setting computer and VR system. Finding the different ports was a little hard since the paperwork that came with it wasn't all that good. Plus there are so many of them. Also, when you turn the computer off with the button on top the keyboard and mouse lights stay on. They will go off if you shut the power off completely from the back switch. When I turned the computer back on with my VR connected it didn't recognize it. I had to unplug my VR and reconnect it for it to work. Not to much of an issue.

I went in and noticed this PC on display and also on sale and bought it out of impulse. Brought it home and was able to connect to wifi and began downloading steam games within 30 minutes of opening it out of the box. Super easy to set up and unbox. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially people buying a gaming PC for the first time.
