I like their computers but the one I got the rear fans's RGB was not working

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son at Black Friday pricing, a real steal at $650. Gave it 4-stars as two of the LEDs were disconnected inside the case and had to use a hardline connection for setup until I could get the latest driver for the on board wi-fi. My son uses it for Minecraft and some basic drawing in Photoshop, he absolutely loves it, best Christmas gift ever.

My son saved up his money for almost 3 years to be able to buy a gaming PC and an Oculus Rift S. He thought it was going to take almost another year worth of saving to afford it, but this very affordable PC did the trick. Works very well with the VR set and he is having a blast with it.

The simplicity of setting it up, to the beautiful design and build just shows how much there employees love what they do and truly care about their clients and want to give them the best product and support possible. I would definitely recommend this PC and company to everybody.

Out of box plug and play functionality is helpful to non-guru beginners.

great computer, very complicated to set up, love the lighted keyboard

Computer dead one morning and had to order a power supply from Amazon. Luckily seen this before and hoped it was it, and it was, as I am able to do my review now. Why two stars instead of one because it is still a cool computer, does have some fine touches like dust screens lights, got it at a good deal (was good deal) and fairly quiet. Also, I finally opened up this computer after a couple of months and it did not come with a keyboard or mouse as pictured and described on the box, but felt I could live with it since those weren't anything special anyways and I got it on sale. I did call the manufacturer as the sheet inside said, but it was just endless ringing or transfers and holds. TOTALLY useless service! I still recommend this and hope you are just luckier than I am.

I buy power gaming PC's are the best bang for your buck! I have had 0 problems with mine. Very easy to upgrade if you want to as well. Thank you Best Buy and I Buy Power!!! When I can get me a 3080 I will be buying another one.

Terrible price. I mean, for a computer, it would be great, but this is a darned expensive paperweight. Although, I'll admit, it's a pretty high-tech paperweight. Lots of pretty lights, and if you hook it up to a monitor, it can even display text -- "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" Still, 700 bucks for a paperweight, even with all the high-techy stuff, is just too much.

Just got this PC as a present on Black Friday and so far I love it

From in the box to running a game in 20 minutes. Very impressed by the frame rate and smoothness of the pc so far. Only problem i have had so far is that one of the colored aRGB rings on the front of the tower does not work. But i bought it to game not to look pretty.

Will run latest games. Great pick up. I did add little more RAM.

This was everything I wanted and the set up is just sweet!!

Geek Squad was here today and set up everything for us. Did a great job and were very helpful in demonstrating and familiarizing us with our new purchases. Very satisfied with Best Buy and the wonderful assistance from everyone in the store and here at our home.

Excellentcraftsmanship and really works well highly recommend

Bought recently and i LOVE it! Processor is super fast, the colors are awesome, and it makes creating products on Photoshop a breeze! My husband uses it for fortnite and other games and only has great things to say as well! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

My husband decided to buy this computer for me as a surprise. Unfortunately the computer would not connect to the monitor. He had to uninstall and reinstall the graphics card to get it working. I am thankful he knew how to do this or we would have had to return the computer. On the other hand I love the look and am happy with computer.
