Received the first one on Black Friday and the inputs in the back weren't accessible so had to return it waited another week got a new one but a light seems to be not working now I have to open up the back panel and see if a connection is loose or not connected but so far so good.

I bought this gaming PC for my son and he is quite happy. He no longer uses his XBOX to play his games. This PC is his main squeeze. He is delighted and so am I!

Well there were many great options I've could have gone for, but I'm glad I went with this one. Perfect to play VR and no lag times Would highly recommend for those wanting their 1st computer

This computer looks really cool all lit up and what not. It runs pretty efficiently as well. It definitely struggled to get decent wifi so I would recommend hard wiring it with an Ethernet cable if you can.

This is my first ever gaming PC and so far it’s been performing far better than I expected. I converted from console to PC but this unit has been nothing but great! No complaints here.

This is a good gaming computer and what it looks like I can upgrade it easily. I would recommend this computer for anyone that doesn't want to spend 1000 dollars on a gaming computer it gets the job done and everything runs smoothly with high graphics

I bought this to play fortnite and work from home I use Remote Desktop and play fortnite and it is perfect no problems. I5 Professor is plenty fast and the lights look cool also.

The first unit I got was defective, but best buy exchanged it no problem. First startup was so quick and I was easily able to download my steam games and start gaming right away.

I got the computer. Everything works pretty well except one of the fans lights aren't turning on. The fan works but the light didn't even turn on when it booted up the first time when all the others do. The mouse and keyboard were good quality.

Amazingly fast boot up times. Multi-tasking is such a breeze. The integrated led controls for all the lighting adjustments is a nice touch. Unit comes packaged very well.

I am not a gamer but typically purchase mid level spec gaming PCs as I get longer useful life vs normal PCs. This PC does not disappoint. Decent specs for a reasonable price.

Right out of the box this was a great computer. Every thing worked as it should. Though not necessary, the LED lighting is cool. The price for what I got was great also.

Got this for my daughter for her graphic design classes and she likes all the features. It's fast at start up. Easy to set up the first time and connect to monitor.

I got this item on Black Friday sale and it seems very worth it as my first pre built purchase. The Keyboard that it comes with sticks a lot but it's better than nothing.

Great first buy computer only issues where one rgb fan light wasn’t on but super easy fix and secondly the rgb remote was not in the box but working to resolve that now

Everything works great, but if I were someone that does not know about computers this could have been a pain, 2 of the fans were not connected, 2 of the back USB ports were covered with some aluminum stuff and I had to disassemble the whole thing so I could fix it, the glass came broken, I did not return this item because I bought it for the black friday deal, and I live in Mexico and I dont have the time to cross the border just for that

My daughter loves to play sims. This computer has no issues with lagging or slow uploading. She is so happy which makes me happy and thats why I give 5 stars. Thank you
