Personally I'd buck up and spend more for anything other than basic gaming. Do not try to stream and game on it, CPU just cant handle it

the pc is great but the keyboard is the worst keyboard ive ever used in my life and the mouse is cheap had to buy new mouse and keyboard

I like the store but when I have something I want and it no longer available it sucks got the item I didn't want

this computer is pretty good if you get it on sale customer service its very bad the worse

After reviewing I believe this system is a good dependable system that's worth every penny

the computer works great but am missing the remote and mouse pad ....brand new box

I would have personally bought a better computer. Got this for my kid.

got 3 in total and still had to do a fresh install of windows on the third one for it to boot. Not a bad deal when on clearance if you can install windows and all the drivers for the motherboard by yourself.

Purchased this about a two weeks ago. Have been playing apex and some escape from tarkov. After every game I’ll have to restart this pc. Complete waste of money and I will be looking into trying to return.

The games run absolutely amazingly, and I barely ever drop fps. I definitely recommend this to anyone trying to buy a pc on a budget, because I doubt you'll be able to build this pc by buying the parts alone for a better price. One thing I'd like to mention is the fact the internet on wifi doesn't run the best, at least for the few hours or so for the time i've been using it. Maybe there's troubleshooting that you have to go through? My box didn't come with many instructions so I'm not really sure. Other than that, great PC.

We bought this ibuypower pc just last December 2019,just last week ,it won't connect to wifi and no electral power,I tried to call the Ibuypower to see if we're still on warranty but just keeping us on hold for long and I keep calling again then it's busy.Customer service is very poor for ibuypower.For repair ,will cost me more than half the price of the gaming pc and it's not even a year that we use it.

PC works great and had no issues. The site stated it was "VR ready" but it is 100% NOT VR ready as it does not have 2 HDMI ports which are required for VR, very disappointed

I have had to replace this computer 2 time and even this one doesn’t work every time it been already damaged the only reason I kept this one is because it’s been the least damaged and it keeps freezing and crashing also I’m pretty sure this isn’t even the same as what we were expecting, Best Buy this is 640 (we bought on sale) wasted because you can’t do a couple of simple tests to make sure it even works

Ive had this sonce 2020 and its given no issues. However i did have to upgrade the ram to 16g and the ssd to 1tb. Other than that I was able to run all games plus new ones coming out and mid settings. Over clocking helped inproved fps as well. I had this for a solid 3 years and its still going. Upgradable and easy imo.

I saved up for a pc for 2 months. I bought this one thinking it was gonna be a good pc off of the reviews I read. Wrong! I had shipped the pc to my house and it took a week. It came with the box ripped and scratched up. I open the pc and I plug everything in and it turns on but says no signal I call Best Buy and Ibuypower to ask for assistance. Nothing they recommend worked. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it up and running so I had to return it.

I wanted to leave a raving review since the computer meets all of my expectations but the customer service is terrible. I purchased the computer on 12/18/19 and everything was great until I tried to key things in and the keyboard wouldn't work. I contacted iBUYPOWER the following day and they said they would ship me a new keyboard - free of charge. It's a month later and still have not received a keyboard and when I contact customer support, there is no response.

I have no idea if this could have been a good purchase or not as it arrived with a malfunctioning video card. Tried to update the drivers and the whole system crashed during the update process. I hope this was simply a lemon and not the typical product quality. The included keyboard was also cracked. Mayhap there was damage done during shipping. By the time I was able to return the system, Bestbuy was sold out and I went with another brand.

The Windows operating system disappeared from the computer. I spoke to a representative from the company which stated this may happen when the Windows program does an update. Ridiculous now we have to send the whole system back to the company for repair. We just bought it in December of 2019. We cannot use the computer for anything at this time.

It’s good for a beginner, but upgrading it is 100% necessary. Ram and processor definitely need a upgrade after a few months.

I went into this PC with low expectations as I know they order parts in bulk for these machines; however to my surprise the mother board, graphics card, hard drive and power supply are all brand name. My unit has an ASUS - TUF gaming motherboard B350M The only elements that are cheaped out on are the ram and PC cooler. The RAM is a generic green stick ram, and the cpu cooler is really small and has no rgb like the other 4 fans. For $700, it is an amazing deal. It would cost about that much to order these parts and build it yourself. If you pay $850, you are getting a good pc but know that you should wait for a comparable sale. Despite what benchmarks say I have been able to play both Battlefield V and Modern warfare 2019 on High at 1440p 60FPS. And while it is not a workstation I have noticed a huge difference while using Adobe programs and Digital audio workstations. This motherboard is compatible with many upgrades unlike a lot of other pre-builts with cheap motherboards which was my most important factor at this price point, as you cannot get the perfect pc for less than $1000 dollars.
