OK, Ive been a Dell user since Dells inception. Arrived at Best Buy expecting to purchase a new Dell PC. Problem was, they did not have one that met my requirements. The salesman showed me the iBUYPOWER machines and it had everything I wanted and then some and the price was very reasonable. I have been using it for a day now and LOVE IT! Its very fast, pleasing to they eyes and works perfectly. Out of the box and setup was quick and painless. You have made me a believer. This is all I will buy from now on!

Not good many problem virus. Many issue breaks down alot we don't like it had to have it serviced many times because of manufacturer issue

Worked great until last week, turns on and off, now it comes on and won’t display anything. Throwing it in the trash.

Since day 1 the Graphics card was giving me problems and at the third day of having it, it turned off and didn’t work anymore.

The sound didn’t work due to a problem with the mother board. We returned it without a problem. Best Buy is great

Easy to setup. It is very quite, almost eerily so. comes with a cool keyboard and mouse. I purchased an additional 16 gigs of ram and installed with no problems. It does not come with a cd drive. There is load of room in the tower to upgrade. Only issue I had with it was the audio cable inside the tower was loose giving me errors and no audio until I checked all of the cables.

Will be returning been back to store 5 times. Unable to keep connected or working.

My Computer Came Broken, Then It Started to freeze up and ruin my gameplay.

I bought this gaming pc for my son for Christmas this year. I wanted to set it all up by installing windows and downloading fortnite so on Christmas it’s literally plug and play. So I remove the pc from the box and take off the plastic wrap and notice there is no foam insert inside the case to protect the cables and tech during shipping. Not sure why they wouldn’t include it but I was disappointed in that. After I power the pc on I notice all 4 fans were running and running correctly but 2/4 fans’ rgb lighting was not on. After removing the back side of the case I found 2 of the fans plugs were disconnected so I had to plug them back in. Next I installed an additional 8gb ram stick to up the total ram to 16. I’m pretty new to the pc world but knew how to install the ram stick, pretty simple. However for some reason it took pretty good force to get the ram to seat correctly. So first impressions were not great. After all of the issues were out of the way I began installing and downloading everything I needed. There is WiFi out of the box. No antennas to screw in the back of the tower. This was a nice surprise. Once everything was settled I was taken aback by how quick and responsive this pc is. I mean super quick. I was opening all sorts of tabs, YouTube, twitch, you name it. And nothing was bogging this rig down. Fortnite ran super smooth. It’s capable of running the game on epic settings and I was getting around 80fps on WiFi. I lowered the settings to high and was getting around 120-130fps on WiFi. So first impressions I would give this 1/5 stars. Honestly. But after the initial issues I would give this gaming pc 5/5. Overall I gave it 4/5. I should disclose I got this as a Black Friday deal for $650. Some online searching priced this pc at around $1000 with all the tech inside of the case. So really great deal for a prebuilt system.

Motherboard overheated and fried after only a year.

Unfortunately, I have to return it because product was damaged.

I bought this on a sale for $699, which is a fantastic deal for the hardware. I picked up a cheap monitor while I was there and went home to set everything up. First strange thing I noticed was the lack of packaging holding the GPU in place. “Odd” - I thought But whatever, maybe it was just a minor mishap. I plug everything in, get it cable managed, and immediately on boot I get a strange error. I thought it was just windows being windows and it’s fix itself after updates. It did not. In fact it bluescreen after about an hour of use, trying to connect my QC 35 headphones. And then it kept bluescreening every 15 minutes. So I returned the defective model, got a replacement, took like 30 minutes out of my day, whatever. I get this new one and I’m immediately pleased to see packaging inside the pc case, more pamphlets in the bags, and just everything looking actually new. I’ve had this model for almost a week now and I’ve gotta say.. It’s pretty phenomenal at this price. I’ve had no issues with it so far (besides the Bluetooth and WiFi cards being meh but that’s a $10 dongle fix for Bluetooth and they include a WiFi extender) I fully recommend it to anyone looking for a pre-built pc at a good price point (specifically if it’s on sale) It runs everything I could ever want on high to ultra settings with no drops in frames. The only reason it’s 4 and not 5, is because of the first model I received. However, it’s a great system. Definitely buy it.

When I boot up games it crashes .and I don’t know.

I definitely recommend this PC if you are just starting to go into PC as it is a very good PC for its price and it runs games like call of duty and Fortnite really well. Fortnite on epic settings runs on about 160+FPS and call is duty runs at about 144+FPS

i have had it for about a month and i just thought i should write a review i just made my switch to xbox to pc like many others and i love this pc so much because i got this when it was on sell for 600$ and it was 1 of the most smartest things i have did because i have scgo,fortnite and kovakkas and it runs so good on all of them im so happy that i made this purchase btw for people that just are reading this and just wanna know how many fps it runs i got u it runs 240+ but the only thing that is hard is when i got it i had to look up a vid because the pc was stuck in a rebooting screan but other then that this bc its gucci (im not gunna lie im doing this for the gift card but all of this is true tho) i know im not the only doing it for that tho

Able to play all the games I've tried on it so far. Cities Skylines, Planet Zoo, Miles Morales, Stardew Valley, Skyrim, Sims 4, etc.

This computer is definitely worth buying! I bought for an amazing price and it runs flawlessly. Never had any lags and the graphics are great. Great computer for the great price. Worth buying!
