I normally purchase I buy power through their website. I was happy to see I could purchase online and have it delivered to my Best Buy store. Over all it has always been an excellent product. My last 3 PCS have been from the same company and I will continue to buy from them. I highly recommend this product

My son really, really wanted a gaming computer. I was hesitant to purchase one given the prices I saw. We settled on this one because of its features and price and we have not been disappointed. He loves the system. The only drawback for me was having to buy an external dvd drive.

Great computer but your customer service sucks. Have been waiting over eight weeks for a response about a game that was supposed to come with the system. After one follow up no one has bothered to even call me back. I will never buy anything from Best Buy worst customer service

I'll give it 4 stars for now only because we haven't had it long enough to determine 5 stars but so far very happy with the purchase, I am able to play all my games at the highest graphic settings with no lag time.

First let me vent : I don't get the other reviews that say "No DVD therefore one star" why would you buy the product then? Anyway on with the review. Shipping was super fast. Faster than I expected. The estimated arrival was around 2-3 weeks and I got in in 4 days. Which was amazing because I was really anxious to start gaming until my eyes bled. Setting it up was super easy. I was actually surprised to see that it has so many LED light combinations. On Witcher, Rise of the Tomb Raider, World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls Online and many more games, it runs with the Ultra High settings and I get like 80fps, which is amazing. I love it. It's SUPER quiet which is a huge plus. I agree with the review that said the Wi-Fi was kind slow, but you just unplug the little USB from inside the PC and stick it outside in a USB plug. Easy. Problem solved. Oh yeah, to the people that say No internet or whatever.. they have no idea how to use a computer? Google is our friend. If not, best buy support team is there. Price is really good. Overall, if you want to get a PC that would last you some years and play all the high graphic demanding games get this. Bonus: cool LED show.

I really enjoy this new computer but found out it is only 1TB instead of 2TB as stated in description. So I was very disappointed with that fact

This system is a beast was easy to set up looks amazing

Ok! It has been a long time since we wanted to provide a review. We wanted to make sure to see that the machine will hold up. The machine is good. It is great! We ran tests during live gameplay with just the software and the fans were high. This was expected but the machine held its ground while playing Fortnite on max settings. We switched it to hardware based and it is beyond perfect. Fans are low and performance is through the roof. I did run a benchmark and the specs are in the high-end percentile. Here is the break down on a few items to look for. The form factor\case is thin. The back vents are easy to move. The vent cut out does not line up perfectly. We had to adjust the vent so that our video cable can fit. We also tighten up the screws for the wifi antenna. This was fine and easy to do. The Nvidia card is managed by Zotac. This is fine as the Nvidia cards are reference\basic. Zotac tunes it up to meet the desires of the gamer. This is a great find! I would IbuyPower to advertise this but I can understand for people who do not know how video cards are sold. It may be confusing. The card does not look as cool as Nvidia but I know that it is has been beefed up so I am extremely happy. The keyboard and mouse that came with it was a surprise and it is fair but I don’t recommend it. Although we did not use it we can tell that the keys are not what we wanted. We had a keyboard and mouse that fit our liking. I bought it at a good time. Ours was on sale during 2018 Christmas holiday sales. I am thinking of getting their higher versions as the Snowblind looked cool. I don’t see too much we can do with the Snow side panel display but the ideal is attractive. Just need to think about how I could show the display. For the version we have, the lights are multi colors and play a huge part in reflecting fun as it hits the natural machine colors. This may be our new home for gaming PCs. I am happy. I was going to build my own but I always like support from one source. Speaking of the support, they seem to be well in order, the website is decent and I was able to find the drivers I need for updates. The fan screens are a huge plus. I just wish there was a better way to clean it. There may be a way that I need to find. The computer is decent and I recommend this machine if you are looking to purchase it. The computer so far has been pretty good nothing wrong with the computer itself but you kinda order one thing and get something else in this situation. But still the computer is fast reliable, and it looks really nice. The customization of the LED lights definitely makes it look super cool. Now so far the one problem I've had is that the mouse doesn't work, it lights up and all that but it doesn't move on the screen. but that's my only problem with the computer itself. Other than that its a really good computer.
