I got this PC on sale at 1250 six months ago and it's running great. I upgraded the ram to corsair 32 gb. I use it for vr, recording, and streaming and it's a beast. I occasionally max out the processor but nothing else will ever come close so far. If you can build custom it's always the way to go but I couldn't have even sourced these parts for this cheap!

I have always built my own computers, but I thought it would just be easier to buy one already made. The only thing I play online is age of empires from steam, And I like to edit pictures that I take using canon software. I bought this computer in July of 2019 and then roughly januuary of 2020 It started crashing on me. The errors appear to be Windows 10 problems memory. Sys and other such Windows related errors. However it's time went on it got to the point where today my computer will not even boot. I am currently putting together a list list of parts for my new build. The picture is of the computer not allowing me to log in It won't even give me the blue screen of death

PC works awesome!!! I don't know how good the mouse and keyboard are because I had my own. Everything can run on ultra settings. I was streaming while having the graphics on ultra with no hickups.

Both the display model and box showed water cooling system. This was not inside my computer but did have a cooling fan. The box was not tampered with. My guess is the manufacture miss labeled and Best Buy still displays an older model. Another note backup stuff came on CD and there is no CD drive.

This is a mid range computer at a excellent price. Has next generation graphics card and 1TB SSD drive. Huge plus. Starts up fast and can handle any game out there. I got this on sale right before Christmas which made it a Great deal for the specs. Wish it had a DVD burner but I have a portable one so isn't a problem. Everything inside is tucked and neatly put away and uncluttered, so when I turn the lights on you can admire the clean inside of this tower. Highly recommended especially when on sale! Got a 2nd one for my son for Christmas

First time I’ve really owned a non Mac besides for school. Great experience so far, love the design, the speed is incredible, can handle all the graphic design programs I run. Can handle every game I’ve tried on it so far with absolute ease. It’s all around very nice I would recommend.

    Budget Power PC for Gaming

Planned to build gaming PC but this one spec'd out at price less than what we were looking at. The mobo is a mid-ATX and is pretty small inside the standard case, but looks fine with a freaking NVIDIA RTX2070! The i7-8700 is more than fine (we didn't need overclocking and 8700T). Note: the mobo is a basic, entry ASUS B360M IB-R, but isn't missing any key elements bottlenecking the CPU/GPU combo that we can see or learn about. Paired with a Western Digital Blue 1TB 3D NAND SSD and 16GB of ADATA DDR4 2666 DIMM RAM, it's an out-of-the-box speed demon for our gaming teen. The case is solid, w tempered glass, not acrylic, but lacks expansion bays for data drives. The anchor tabs/slots are there, but no module to pop additional HDDs if needed is included. Be aware it does not come with CD/DVD drive (not a deal-breaker because we have a an external/portable USB 3.0 type at home: $20) Cable management was non-existent. Slapped in but easy to clean up. Power supply is a respectable Thermaltake 600W. Entry, but good to go. The case and front-panel LEDs were DOA. Loaded the drivers, checked the wiring/connections, no joy. Appears to be a common issue, will have to contact Mfg for assist. Airflow and noise are great. Quiet and cool, and that's with a stock fan and heatsink. Nothing fancy, but really, in this config, liquid-cooled or more-capable heatsinks don't appear to be needed. CPU temp monitor software is proving this. What else. Oh, a keyboard and mouse are included, but know that they're cheesy and any serious gamer will toss these immediately. In fact, the mouse died in the first week during setup before we could even switch systems and install the RAZR Death Adder. Not nit-picking this build, just letting others know what to expect. Seriously, for the money (holiday sale price), this i7-8700/RTX-2070 combo was hard to beat and we don't have any regrets. The mobo can always be upgraded if we see it needs it. This is a gaming box , and when paired with a 144Hz 27" monitor, with RAZR peripherals, gets it done.

I built my previous tower and upgraded it over the last 5 years but I needed something better performing and I had maxed out my upgrades. This tower seemed like the best deal I could find AND it was on sale. Great graphics card. Runs silent! It is very cleanly put together. Very few wires hanging around. My frames on PUBG were 130+FPS consistently. Only issue I had was the audio. I had to adjust the audio settings to sound more clear. Easy fix.

I was skeptical about this pc but it was at a great price. i even had enough left over to purchase a 4k monitor. setup was a breeze. it starts up in no more than 10 secs. coming up from the nvidia gtx 960 its night and day difference in graphics. the system is quiet. the RGB lighting is nice. the USB-C was a nice surprise also. the only downside is that it needs more usb ports. It was well worth the price

My 16 year old son was saving up money to buys himself a new gaming computer. He was thinking about building one himself when he found this one at BestBuy. It had the i7, and the 16GB he wanted. It even had the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 instead of the lower power 1070 he had been thinking of. What really caught his attention though was the 1TB Solid State drive. He kept filling up the 128G Solid State drive of his old computer and kept having to watch too closely where new games were getting installed. Other computers had 256G solid state drives, but when he saw the 1TB he new he picked the right machine. He has been extremely happy with the purchase and he is finally getting the speed he was looking for in his online games.

    Good basic Platform w/ problems

Purchased as a basic gaming computer for the x-Plane flight sim. Overall I am satisfied with the system, as i can run the sim with all settings maxed out with basic aircraft. Running the Velocity V-Twin requires a drop in settings but still works well. Now to problems 1. keyboard is junk, yes it has lights but keys stick or are hard to press. 2. Very awkward placement for older HDD's, 3. The slots for the graphic's card or the WI-FI card do not line up with the case, therefore the HDMI & display port plugs will not fully connect. corrected by using dermal tool to sand down edge, be careful not much material needs to be removed. could have used tin snips on case, but hate to cut on day one. Engineering problem? 4. Extra cabling just stuffed behind back panel, took five minutes to untangle plus 15 minutes rerouting cables around sharp edges of case. Now, all this sounds bad but it isn't. I am running the be-gees out of this system with 3 40" monitors, 1 24" Viewsonic touch screen all at 1920-1200 res 60hz, 2 iPad Air 2's (WI-WI), DVD optical drive, Logitech X45 stick & throttle, Logitech Pro Flight Yoke System with 2nd throttle quadrant and pedals. All USB and with an aircraft headset. According to the developer software (at MSI site) I am still only using around 70% of CPU cycles and at a temp of 50C. I am happy with the system and price as I did not want to build another computer. For what I required, it met all my current and some of my future needs. Good mid level gaming machine.
