Very good PC that plays everything there is currently and was really easy to set up and get started with. The only problem I had was adding another hard drive required to snip cable ties of the power supply that were hard to reach because they were very well hidden inside an area near the power supply. If you don't need to make adjustments to the machine it will be fully plug and play.

    Fantastic Purchase

I have been using the pc only for a few hours but so far it is beautiful inside and out. the look and feel of the external hardware is nice on the eyes. and if you dont like the current default color of the RGB lighting you can simply change the color on both the case and the GPU that comes with machine. performance wise on all of my tests on modern AAA game titles the system handles it like a champ. system runs quietly and gives great performance. one flaw i didnt notice before my purchase (which is user error on my half.) is that there is no disc drive on this machine. so if you need the driver updates that come on the disc with the machine you will need to just hop on over to the manufacturer website and manually install any driver updates you need. or just purchase an external disc drive and you wont have any problems. this machine is spendy but for a pre built system it is top notch.

    Great Machine

This is a great machine, particularly for the money. One could hardly build this machine for the price. Of course, there are a couple minor things I upgraded. For example, the unit comes with a SATA SSD. No worries, the board supports NVMe m.2 drives! That was a cheap fix. The i7-8700 is great, but it's not a k-series, so not overclockable. The RTX 2070 is also not capable of running in SLI (requires 2070 Super). However, I was pleasantly surprised by how cool the not-so-high-end case keeps the components. That all being considered, I added a Samsung NVMe SSD, 64GBs of Corsair Dominator Platinum, and this thing has torn threw ANY game I throw at it. It's great to do work on one screen and game at full HD on the other with 75% of your resources still available. Tremendous value and one heck of a powerful machine. =)

    Decent rig for the price

Bought this rig while it was on sale. Build quality was a little bad. The rear I/O shield was pushed in and does not seal properly. The two WiFi antennas can't screw on properly. Components used were on the cheaper side, such as the motherboard and power supply. Performance was as expected for the price point. The rtx 2070 with i7 8700 manages to achieve an avg of 150 fps on medium settings for Apex Legends. Boot-up time is very fast because it has an SSD. My specific rig was outfitted with one of the cheapest 2070 GPUs that money can buy from Gigabyte. I think a 8700k would have been more appropriate for this rig, as overclocking would be desired. The mouse and keyboard are cheap but at least they're included. If you purchase this rig, I would recommend buying it on sale and spending the money saved on an upgraded CPU or GPU.

Budget Pc with ME driver vulnerability

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I normally build my own pc's but didn't want to again this time. I know you get what you pay for in these things and its not all bad. The first pc I had was an Asrock B360m IB-R board. I had some compatibility issues with my memory when used with the installed Apacer ram. My HDD would not get detected, and I had to keep unplugging and plugging my corsair mouse back in so it would work. The board still had the initial bios install of v1.10. There is no way to flash the bios to fix any of these issues on top of that to also fix the ME driver security vulnerability that exist. Best buy was very helpful in doing an exchange for the same PC to the best they could. Hoping for a different board, But in the 2nd PC I get an Asrock B360m IB-R1 board, adata memory, Msi GPU, WD Green SSD,. Same issues as first board inial bios were still left at v1.10 when the bios are at v3.40 for the unmodified board. I ended up replacing the just the motherboard with a MSI z390 best buy had in stock. Now this thing works the way it should. If I could of done it the simple way of flashing the bios or if Ibuypower did it when they were already in there before they shipped. Its not that hard or long they were already in there setting it up. Step up your QC Ibuypower and either supply the bios to ALL your modify boards or flash them before shipping with security vulnerabilities. Pros: MSI RTX 2070 WD SSD Cable management I7 8700 Cons: MOTHER BOARD Asrock B360M IB-R Asrock B360M IB-R1 Heatsink and fan case fans They used WAY to much thermal compound on cpu idle temp before were 45c load 75-80c now are 35-37c load 60-62c running @ 4.3 Ghz at all times with same heat sink and fan but with out the 5lb of thermal compound

Great PC for heavy workloads and gaming

Bought this pc three years ago and things are still running smoothly. I use this computer for both pleasure and business and it handles extremely heavy workloads very well. For work, I do a lot of video editing and have to deal with large media files (i.e. 4k video), but this pc runs without disruption or lag. I also game on this pc during my down time and the specs are so great it's actually positively affected my gaming skills. Overall, a great pc. Shame it's no longer available for sale. Hopefully BB brings it back because for these specs, you sure can't beat the price.

Shipped really fast and a very easy setup. I've had a gaming laptop for the past three years (I've actually never owned a gaming desktop before), and figured it was time for an upgrade. Did my research, thought about building my own through a site, and then I found this tower. Booted up Overwatch for a couple hours and dang, what a difference. My laptop has been great, but this desktop put it to shame. I already had a gaming mouse and keyboard, so I unfortunately can't comment on the ones that came with the desktop. If you're in the market for a new gaming rig, don't hesitate! This sales price is great, and a bunch of the reviewers on here are experts in PCs and had a lot of good things to say about it.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this as I'm not a computer geek by any means and wasn't familiar with iBuyPower. I did do myh homework though and realized that the specs on the machine were solid and could allow me to do a lot of the things I want to do -- gaming, VR and editing movies. So I made the leap and purchased it. All I can say about this is that this is the best computer I've ever used. It boots up insanely fast, is quiet and in general, is just a powerhouse. I absolutely have no regrets about this purchase.

Such an improvement from my last computer. It is super fast and looks great. Love the customizable RGB light system. I wouldn’t rely on the keyboard it includes with it. Its not a bad keyboard but you can definitely do better. It’s really just a normal keyboard that looks cool.

Fast but not as represented on the box

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The performance of this PC is pretty good, though I am disappointed about a few issues. The case seems to be excessively large with room for expansion yet there aren't very many places to mount extra hard drives. The box shows two pictures of a PC with a water cooling setup on the CPU, but this PC has a fan only. The specification sticker on the side has a couple of errors: it states that the video card is a nVidia RTX 2080 but the PC contains a RTX 2070. The water cooling CPU is mentioned here as well. This PC has Windows 10 Home installed but the restore disc is for Windows 10 Professional. I can see that as a big problem because the Windows license is recorded in the bios and might make restoring the C: drive impossible. Although I feel that this PC was well built, there is a lot of misrepresentation and its disappointing to find a product that isn't consistent with the labeling. As other's have mentioned there is no owner's manual even though the box states that one is included. I gave this product three stars because its decent for what it is but I lost all excitement after I opened the box and found the disappointments.

I love almost everything about this PC, it runs games at unbelievable rates for the price you pay. The only concern/ problem i ran into was the one m.2 port under the graphics card didn't have a m.2 connector on the board but it does have another post above the g. card so its on to big of a problem, if it wasn't for that one little thing i would definitely give this product 5 stars without a doubt!

The title says it all. This thing plays Siege smooth with well over 200 FPS in full ultra and very high settings. Only thing I wish it had was liquid cooling and a better motherboard. I tried to research it and it seems to be an average mobo. Ibuypowers website has a similar PC with a i7 9700, liquid cooled, and an MSI pro mobo for the same price. wish I went that route instead, but this thing still powers through. The 1TB SSD is a beast as well. Already upgraded the RAM to 32GB (corsair RGB). Will probably upgrade to liquid cooling down the road. For a started PC, this thing is a total beast and is worth the price though.

I actually got this computer not for gaming but for work. I work with CAD based software that needs a good graphics card and this computer you can't beat the bang for buck on it. While I did just get it, my initial impression on the fit and finish is that it's great.

Resolution with this video card is insane. I have it paired with a 43" 4K Sharp TV. I use the highest resolution and FPS and it handles all with zero lag on the most graphic intensive games. I also watch movies occasionally, with the same amazing color and clarity. The machine itself is very fast with all the apps I use for business, browsing, photo editing, YouTube, etc. There are faster machines out there, but for the money, this machine is hard to beat.
