It feels great to wait two weeks for something and then open it only to find out an ape was in charge of boxing up my product and so it just smashed it on the ground before it was shoved into a box. Thank you iBUYPOWER, very cool.

This PC is serving me extremely well for gaming and live streaming. Has not givin me a single issue, and I don’t what that other guy was talking about not being able to control the RGB on the front. I can no problem. And it’s open enough for me to do upgrades with no issue. Also the power supply is more than is what needed to comes on the pc so you can throw another 2080 and not have to worry :)

This was my first adult purchase and I couldn't be more satisfied. The led lights are awesome (although, they didn't come with a remote nor a working app of which I could control them, unfortunately!) The computer is super fast, has tons of space, the graphics and video play is beatiful. And, i really have no complaints. It was a good purchase. A very good purchase for a gamer or even a normal pc.

Runs everything fast and smooth. Perfect price for the performance. I do, however, have two complaints. 1. I did not receive a remote to control the case RGB lighting. I'm hoping to receive one from iBuypower. 2. There seems to be something wrong with the Bluetooth audio. When I try and sync up my Razer Leviathan speaker the sound is extremely distorted and cuts out (the problem is not with the speaker as I have connected other devices to it flawlessly). I also updated all the drivers. I can connect it with an audio jack, but fewer wires is more convenient. For the price, this should not be an issue.

This computer is definitely one of the best prebuilts I’ve ever bought. Super roomy, easily upgradable, and performs like no other. Easy for gaming and streaming. Doesn't even phase the computer at all.

Bought this as a Christmas present to replace one that didn't work at Christmas. All I can say is he uses it constantly. Not just for gaming either. So far so good.

Excellent for gaming! Love the case! Temperament glass, and easy to open. Not too heavy and fits perfectly wherever you want to place your PC.

Looks good but has had several crashes with memory could have been tested better before sent was told might be some driver issue hope some driver updates will fix no crash for 1 week since Last update on some drivers

I got this monster a few days ago and i wanted to get a few days of play before I wrote a review and all I can say is that it did more then I ever thought it could... from the cool design so how it actually runs games. It’s truely an amazing gaming pc. I was able to play every game on the highest settings and it ran beautifully. I would recommend this computer to anyone that wants a prebuilt computer that is not crazy expensive :D

I happened to stumble upon this one day at Best Buy and bought it I was looking to build a desktop in the near future. The hardware on this and the clean setup made it an easy decision. I would have spent more money and exhausted more effort building my own desktop and this already had everything I was looking for. Everything runs fantastic on this computer and I could not be happier. My only complaint is that it is not very clear that this comes with a remote control for the RGB so I spent forever looking for software to control it instead.

Finally broke down and got a new gaming rig after about 8 years. Everything runs extremely smooth, and pumps out newer games at 144 fps at 1080p without a single hiccup. I had seen other reviews complaining about cable management but mine came nice and clean -- all cables tucked away nicely. The tower is packed well in good quality foam, with addition packing material to keep the internals from shifting or falling out. Included keyboard and mouse are fine, I actually prefer the feel of this one to my old Razer Deathadder. With such an expensive purchase I thought I'd feel some buyers remorse, but I'm in love with PC gaming again and can't wait to enjoy all my games 100x more than I used to.

there was a misprint on the box and specs.. it was advertised as havnnig 11GB of VRAM and also coming liquid cooled.. it was the base model with 8gb of ram and air cooled.

I was extremely surprised to see such a well spec'd computer sitting on the shelves of my local best buy (especially with one with the recently released GeForce RTX card.). Overall a great value and I highly recommend it. The stock ram is nothing to write home about and the motherboard is decent enough. The good thing is they are both easily replaceable and upgradeable.

This PC is the best I really enjoyed how fast this computer is. Jack the Best Buy salesman was the reason I got this PC, his knowledge about it gave me the confidence that I was going to make the right choice into investing for my school and for my husband to play games. The only down side I have about it is that for the price we payed for, it should have come with a monitor. When we got home we opened it and was a little disappointed with the keyboard. I believe the keyboard should be a little better of quality it feels cheap. Other than that I really love how fast I can navigate the internet. Thank you Jack for your help and been professional in everything you did.

I just received my system and ran it through its paces. Overall this system is amazing. Very clean cable management, very quiet. I love the addressable LEDs which are set to "Breath" by default where it looks like the system is breathing (Wife loves this setting). Short story this is the system I would have built independently but Ibuypower saved me the hassle, time, money and frustration. I love it and would recommend it to even the pickiest PC builder.

Pc runs excellent for gaming loads everything very fast!!!

It helps a lot in the field of art design and graphic.

asides from the lighting an amazing piece of tech!

I bought this on the 24th of September... they promised I would receive it on the first of October. I ended up getting it on the 1st of NOVEMBER. The RGB on the front panel is not controllable.. your just gonna have to leave it on rainbow mode forever... also, you cant overclock the GPU encase you didn't notice.
