So I have the version that's water cooled i7-8800k CPU, MSI 2080 RTX, 16gb 2666mhz ram. It's super fast. Rock solid stable, I hit 5ghz stable with just setting the ratio to 50. Literally 1 setting and I hit 5GHz! The water cooler that comes with this setup is decent, not great, at 5ghz my cpus capped out at low 80s while running Ring of Elysium and 2 4k videos on my side screens. Which is a tad warm, I'll probably back it down to 4.9 or something. Also there was no slow down in my game with or without both 4k games running. The only draw back I found to this box was the MOBO was a custom Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 board. The BIOS is not on there site or ibuypower's site. It was very hard to find it, but on the FTP site for ibuypower is the latest bios, I went from 0.01 to 4.00, which included lots of improvements for stability and speed. ftp://drivers.ibuypower.com/BIOS/Z390Phantom4IB/

This is my first gaming computer and overall I am very pleased with it. I am only playing a couple of games on it at the moment and has been great. Graphics are awesome. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because one game in particular ( Division 2) seems to make it get really warm after about an hour of play. This can be fixed by adding another fan I hope. I would say if you have the time and knowledge just build your own. You might save a little cash.

I am not a gamer by any means, but needed to upgrade my previous custom built computer for something powerful enough to handle my business as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. I often work in large, complex, high res images that can end up being thousands of layers in Photoshop and Illustrator, and this computer keeps up beautifully even with several other operations going on in the background! I have it set up with my favorite Wacom Intuos tablet and everything runs seamlessly with no lag. I realize there are now newer models on the market, and I would recommend this brand in a heartbeat. The only downside for me is all of the lights emitting from everything, including the mouse and keyboard, but I pulled the fuse on these and actually use my own keyboard that I find more comfortable. That's merely personal preference, and probably a cool element for the gaming customers. Nevertheless, my priorities and expectations in this computer have been met!

I bought my new gaming computer about two weeks ago. As a game lover, this computer is one of THE Best computers. I had MSI gaming laptop with gtx 1070 GPU and from my experience, RTX 2080 is way better in quality. The cooling systems work perfectly fine and the computer is not noisy at all since it is cooled by water. When it was first delivered, it was well packaged with no damage at all. I am really satisfied with my computer and having no problems.

I picked this up at my local best buy on Deal of the Day on 3/11/19. It was well packed and secure and came with a gamer keyboard and mouse. There is plenty of room to add on later if you want to. I didn't have any issues applying for the warranty and free gift. The serial # is on the machine and on the box it was packaged in. The only thing I would mention is to make sure you put the dashes in when putting in the serial #. It didn't work until I put the dashes in. My gaming speed is very Fast but I'm directly wired and have not tried the wireless setting. I'm running three monitors and had to use all the ports on the card and PC to make them work. This is not difficult but does require having the appropriate cords. The ad said it came with Battlefield 5, Anthem and Call of Duty Black Ops 4 digital download bundles free with my purchase but I only got a code for COD and it was located on my receipt. I will check with best buy on my next visit. This is my second ibuypower purchase and I can't say enough great things about it.

A friend's 11 year old IBuyPower gaming computer finally gave up the ghost a few weeks back, and while he'd be fine without a working refrigerator or running water, life without a gaming rig was not to be contemplated, so I put this on my BB card and he's paying it off installment style - I mean I'm not THAT good a friend :) Ironically I bought my own IBuyPower based in part on how long he's been pounding away at his, and I'm super pleased with it - I actually left a review of it here in fact. This one is even beefier with a RTX 2080 video card - I'm kind of jealous but I'm not nearly the gamer that he is so I'll muddle by :) I did the set up for him - installing Windows updates, driver updates and my collection of "don't even consider turning a computer on without these programs installed" paranoid security and utility tools, and as with my computer it's ridiculously quiet, but at the same time is able to drive multiple screens with all of the graphics dialed up to 11 with no trouble. Another great system from IBP

I really like the lights that illuminate from the tower. It does have built in WIFI which is really great. I wish the computer had multiple HDMI Ports because the monitors I have were only HDMI and VGA and this computer has 1 HDMI and 3 DP Ports. Which isn't too bad if you have the right adapters. This computer does exactly what it's named for: gaming. And it does it pretty well, you can expect a 30-50 FPS average for most games,

Very impressed with the performance of this PC. Snappy, bam bam click clack done. My only gripe is that the on board sound card doesn’t have input port for rear speakers, so I’m having to mess with voicemeeter and figure out the sound I want. Other than that having the 2080 is awesome.

I bought this computer to try it out and see if it would perform well rather than building one myself. I was happy with the way it performed at first but after playing a few games for a few weeks I notice a drop in performance. The RAM in this computer is not the best. The CPU is great and GPU is way over kill. It seems to get really hot though. There is only one fan in the case and the CPU is water cooled but not sure of the brand of cooler. I personally feel that the harware combo is not very well fit together. I also was not impressed with the wiring. It was very cheap and was not ran well. I think the price is a bit much for the lack of quality. I would recommend building your own PC rather than buying this one. After one week of gaming my RAM is running at 90%, GPU at 100% and CPU is constantly in turbo. I don't believe this should be happening. I have not added any software that is not typical to normal gaming experiences. I am also not streaming. The motherboard looks cheap and I tried to look it up on ASROCK's website and it doesn't exist. Needless to say I am not very impressed with the quality versus the price. I would not recommend buying this PC. I would recommend building your own.

Best computer I've ever purchased, right out of the box. Excellent packaging, securely held components inside the computer. Helpful instructions, ready to roll super quickly. Impressively clean on startup and no bulky extras to remove along with the usually standard like annoyances like CandyCrush. I'd 100% have missed this if it not for the Best Buy employee who chatted me up. I was in waiting for my last purchase 15 days prior to be evaluated for a fix which turned out to be un-salvageable and they willingly handled it well. It's worth noting that the lighting controls and variation in settings (that come accessible right from a desktop shortcut) are a favorite for audiences of all ages. =) Working from home 100% of the time i wanted a reliable and ultra responsive computer, now i'm so productive I can finally play the games this thing was meant for. Worth every $ IMO, thanks!

This is my first gaming computer. I went all in on something powerful enough to not only run games, but also Photoshop batches and brushes. My old computer did not support this very well with my Cintiq. Overall, it's fast, quiet and I love it so far!

I was somewhat skeptical as this 'seemed' like an off brand and I am much more comfortable building my own computer, but when i started the upgrade process this unit outpriced and outperformed the upgrades i was purchasing, at least on paper. I decided to give it a shot with the return policy, and am very pleased! This machine runs and looks great!! I have not had any issues and I have been re-installing all my games so i can run them at ultimate, its a beast!! My favorite part is that the system is NOT PROPRIETARY!! So this means I can upgrade and add components as i please as if I had built this myself. Literally no downside at all that I have seen and I have been using now for about 30 days. Time will tell if things fail prematurely but honestly every component inside is well branded so I have decent expectations.

I went into the store and asked for a system for playing VR, and the sales associate stated this would be perfect and that it would last me at least 5 years because I know technology updates fairly quickly. The first one I got though was not functional as I would have to turn it off and on multiple times to get it to connect to a monitor, after a couple weeks of it not stopping I took it in and it was the power supply. I was able to exchange it because I was within the 30-day for Elite members mark. Phew. The next one I got works very good. Although it is a crap shoot with the accessories that come with it, the first keyboard didn’t work correctly and at the store we test 2 others and the 3rd one was a working one. So, most likely you already have a nice keyboard and you don’t have to use the one that comes with the system.

This PC has outstanding value considering the processor and video card used. It does everything I wanted to and more, and is a great gaming rig. I did have some blue screen errors with my first purchase, but Best Buy was very helpful and allowed me to exchange this PC for the same model, even after the return period had passed. The second one I got worked flawlessly. I did note that even though I got the same model PC in exchange, different brand video cards were used. The first one that had errors had an MSI video card while the second one was made by Zotac. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Purchased this to replace our studio PC. Needed something quiet but with processing power to both record and live stream via YouTube & Twitch. This computer handles that like a pro! Also runs out video edging software & photoshop smoothly. It was easy to add a mechanical drive to & the internal wiring is well hidden & easy to access. The liquid cooled system causes it to run much quieter than our old PC causing less worry about ambient sound when recording. We did do a little gaming on it and I’m happy to say 7 Days To Die runs smooth at 60fps. Only downside is I’m not a huge fan of the mouse or keyboard it came with but already had a good keyboard & mouse to replace them with. We unboxed this computer on Smarkdown Radio on YouTube. Feel free to check it out. https://youtu.be/756KEz3tC5E

This desktop is amazing, it is a beast when it comes to playing video games, streaming and editing high resolution videos. The CPU is good paired with the GPU RTX 2080 it comes with. The only things is that I would've loved for the GPU to be an OC edition and a better power supply. Other than that it is a very good desktop for the money.

So... I have been looking into getting a gaming PC for a long time, like years, but I just have never pulled the trigger on one. I was looking online and found this computer on sale for $500 dollars off as a deal of the day. I took it home hooked it up and honestly, I am amazed the performance that this thing puts out. I played R6S for about 5 hours that night and had no issues, besides being inexperienced with PC. I would like to say though, I did try playing R6S on ultra settings and it worked great for about 2 matches, but the game crashed on the 3 match. Playing on high or very high setting gives me no issues at all. I have not tried ultra since, but still this thing is a beast. I would definitely recommend it if you can get it on sale like I did!
