As soon as I got it hooked it up and it ran perfectly, packaging was great it really secured all the parts and kept it nice and tucked. Everything was good and nothing was unplugged. But do check in case any wires are unplugged.

I wanted something that had some processing power so that I could do a lot of multi-tasking, my husband could run CAD software, and i could do video lectures and zoom conferences. I haven't had it long, but I absolutely love it!

Absolutely love this PC! Great starter pick up for any gamer trying to switch from console to PC. Of course there are better systems out there but this one was easily upgradable and will last you some time!

When the motherboard on my old i5 died I was in a panic needing to find a replacement/upgrade quickly. This system did not disappoint. Basically a gaming computer similar to Alienware without the fancy label. Highly recommend.

My 13 yr old loves his new pc , easy setup , easy instructions and very light. Fast connection, We are buying another mouse , the one it came with it's a little on the cheap , but the tower and the keyboard are great !!!!

Everything was perfect, nicely packed. When powered on for the first time RGB working with no issues every component was in place, excellent cable management, very satisfied. I will be upgrading next year and it will be iBUYPOWER.

I bought this computer for my mom. She has it hooked up to run her long arm quilter. She continues to report the computer works great. We were originally drawn to it for its design, which is really cool with the lights.

I bought my pc had to return the first one the back panel the usb ports didn't line up at all. my second pc comes two of the rgb light on the fans don't work saw someone say mustve came loose during transit but idk with that being said running into all these problems was an annoyance for not even having the pc fully set up yet and already seeing problems. continuing on that my mic port in the back the rear pnik and green slots when I plug my mic in everyone says I sound far and also buzzing sounds constantly my cousin has the same mdoel and experienced the same issues along with my friend. but with all that being said the pc run games great and also gives me a better frame rate with the 2060 super just sucks running into problems I will be contacting customer support to figure out these problems but again it is an annoyance for spending 1400 to have to call for help on fixing things I bought the prebuilt cuz im good at gaming not building pc and the two I had and the one I retunred are messed up.

After long hours of review I settled on this IBUYPOWER because of its equipment. The cost was within my budget and I am very glad I made this purchase. I would recommend this computer for anyone looking to get into gaming.

This unit is awesome. Great specs for someone upgrading to a new gaming pc. Everything went fine. It was a good buy for me as it was on sale for Black Friday. The best part, the price dropped again for Cyber Monday. Saved $600.

Goo price for the machine. Only reason why i dont give it 5 stars is because one of the led lights does not turn on. I think it is defective. Aside from that great pc.

It has been a long time since I purchased a gaming pc. With a lot of research into this rig so far I am thrilled with it. It has had zero problems so far since setup. The RBG lighting is is phenomenal & customizable.

This was a great buy and I'm able to use it for work and play.

Bought this because of the components i never considered Ibuypower before. I wish i had sooner! Easy set up and top notch rig set up. I will probably install a liquid cooling at some point but man.. what a system!

I love this PC!! I was gaming on a old gaming laptop that took 6 hrs to download a game that took this PC 45 mins! The added keyboard and mouse are really good too. And I LOVE the looks of this pc too!

Beautiful tower, love it so far, and its super quiet.

At first when i set it up it could not install windows, but got it fixed. Also the back panel was bent a little and made it hard to plug in USB devices. Another thing was when I got the PC running one of the fan lights did not work so I had to take of the panel and fix it my self. But the PC seems to runs the games I like, very good.
