Microphone problems

Good Build

Once I unboxed it, I felt that I could do better so I did. I have no doubt that this system would have performed as specified. I just wanted a few more options with storage and cooling. Anyone can build a PC and at this price point you probably should. I am not complaining about this product! I looked nice and would have worked. I'm just picky.

I have opened a ticket and talked with the company and I have not received any help. From talking with the Windows support team, it sounds like I have corrupt system files and possibly a faulty SSD. This now has forced me to purchase a replacement SSD and reinstall Windows onto it.
