Great for anyone looking for a computer to game on, but doesn't want to go digging for parts.

Everything is perfect, only thing is that one of the rbg fan light doesn't work right.

PC is great quality but the one key of keyboard got stuck, is not working smoothly

I only had the PC for 6 weeks and the hardware started failing. Either a faulty motherboard or bad power supply. This caused a lot of stutters and freezes. A couple of times the pc shut off on it's own. The scariest moment was when on launch it would sometimes ask for a boot device. I had friends say that ibuypower was really good for the price but I did read a number of reviews say that these issues are a bit common. I will think again before I try out their products. Also a screen was loose inside the case which kept rattling. The pc was also a bit on the large side but realize that is more of a personal preference issue. Over all a nice presentation vanity wise but cheaply made or cheap parts.

I bought this computer from Best Buy and the price was great. The store is 17 miles from my home. When I brought the computer home I set it up and turned it on and kept telling me to press any key to boot. It would not boot up. I contacted Best Buy Geek Squad and they told me to check the plugs. I did that and they were all connected. I contacted them again and they said to bring it in. They checked the computer and said that the manufacture never installed Windows on the computer. They took care of that and I returned home and set it up again. Windows did install but when I checked the computer I found that it was only showing one of the drives. The SSD drive was there but the hard drive was not. I returned it back to Best Buy and they said the Hard Drive had to be formatted, Once that was done and after driving a total of 102 miles my computer works fine. And I do like it.

So far so good, some ppl have had bad experiences but not my build so far.

When it is working as it should be it's great. Wireless antenna was missing a nut of some sort and was loose out of the box. Also a couple weeks later the wireless died completely. It still works with a direct connection to the router. With things as they are with Corona Virus it won't be fixed any time soon.

It was a pain, to get this PC. Makes me rethink my purchase. Bought it online for store pick up, status was in progress for the longest time, I drop by the store to figure out it wasn't even there, though it had advertised it was at the store for pickup (maybe they never pulled it and a customer bought it). After searching for 30minutes I was told they had found it, went up to check out just to realize they were trying to upsell me with the iBuyPower 2070 super with an additional $400. After some negotiating the sale was lost, I was offered to go look for it one more time (of course it wasn't found again) and I got my refund. A day later I see the product available for purchase this time I have it shipped to my house, just before the sale ended and went back to $1300.

First computer i have bought in ages. Good all around pc

Works fantastic, rgb system is not new user friendly.

Use it for an online gaming system and it works great.

So far so good. My son loves it. And it's beautiful.

Worked great except one of the exhaust fans won’t spin without me starting it. Kinda upsetting after spending 1k+. I was too impatient to build... got the best of me.

When I bought this desktop , it's look very nice on the outside of box , but when I open it, the desktop front only shows 2 Computer fans but not Two. I feel been Lied.p

Pretty good PC...will run most games on max settings. However, I’m a little disappointed with some of the components...very obvious that iBUYPOWER is more concerned with saving a few dollars.

This product was great for almost a year, then it had an hard drive failure, instead of fixing it Best Buy gave me a credit to use towards a new computer

So a previous purchase of a pre-built computer from IBUYPOWER just so happens to have the hard drive go out 6 months later. Replacement was this PC and 2 hours later after driving home and setting it up, this one on built-up causes some error that references overheating after researching and powers down refusing to go into Windows. Used to have a lot of faith in this company purely from word of mouth as I never dealt with them before. 1 bad PC going bad from a bad component I can see. Two? That's got to be some serious bad luck or something needs to change with that company. Regardless, I chose to return the same day. I will stick to building my own and steer clear of pre-built PCs.
