Shouldn't have purchased this.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No slots to upgrade anything. The soundcard won't work with my surround speakers and iBuy web help is non-existent as I waited over 30 minutes to chat. Loaded Outlook 365 and printer only prints certain things. Can't print excel or word but can print PDF. I don't want to have to work this hard to figure it all out. I should have just paid the extra and bought Dell. Super unhappy with this paperweight.

Bad buy
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid over $1000 at Best Buy for this computer as Christmas gift for our grandson. Mother board stopped working (per Geek squad) and computer has to be shipped back to Ibuy in California. Waste of a lot of money, was recommended to me by Best Buy employee who sold it to me.

Horrible Experiences
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I purchased this PC on November 3rd, I downloaded all my games and went to play them, turns out the graphics card is apparently faulty from what I was told from tech support. It wouldn’t run any game smoothly even on lowest setting. Gameplay was super choppy as if I was playing on a potato. So before I went exchange it I restored it which took hours for some reason, so I got to Best Buy 30 minutes before they closed, exchanged the faulty one, and then received one on November 4th that came with a faulty power cable. Never have I ever experienced something like this in my life. Either Best Buy is not sending these things back to the manufacture to be checked, or they aren’t being checked properly. I was so excited to receive this PC only to be let down not once but twice. Tomorrow I will be going return this item and will more than likely just return all other items I got for my PC. Extremely disappointed.

Posted .Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you have been having problems with your PC. There are cases where the parts we receive from our parts manufacturers are faulty, or are damaged in transit. Our systems go through several steps of quality assurance, so it is rare for systems to have issues like that. We hope that you will eventually receive a working PC that you can enjoy!

Pleasantly surprised!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided I needed a gaming desktop because my laptop just didn't have enough horse power. I considered numerous options, even going down the road of building my own. In the end, it was Thursday after Thanksgiving Dinner and I went out and about with my gf with no luck mention of buying anything and we ended up in Best Buy. This computer model I think is made exclusively for Best buy. You can't customize it until after you buy it. 2060 graphics cards are more then enough for games that are currently on the market. Anything you could want to play you can on this. It ran far cry 5 on ultra settings 1080p at 120 frames per second average. Their are down sides. The processor is not one of the models that is designed for overclocking, so I wouldn't expect to do that. Its air cooled, which you could change later if you want. I like others had one of my fans not lighting up but I jiggled the wires and it turned on, guess it gets loose in shipping. I was surprised to see genuine Western digital parts, a motherboard made by ASRock which is a good company, the graphics card in mine is made by Gigabyte. That card alone costs upwards of 300 dollars. The processor another 200, the power supply probably about 75 bucks the case between 50-100, the drives a couple hundred dollars. It all adds up quick. Fun fact, they only used two of four dimms on the Mobo. You can easily go up to 32 gb of RAM for relatively small amounts of money by getting two more 8 gb cards. I usually shy away from these prebuilt machines, but aside from the abysmal wiring job on the covered side, I'm going to clean it up myself later, it's not bad at all. Its a power house. Its my living room media center for my 4k 60" tv

Beautiful, but never got to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed in this product. Ordered the iBuyPower because it looked awesome and many people back up the reputation of the website so I figured why not buy a pre-built from them? So bought it online and waited for a total of about 2 days. That was awesome! Obviously I immediately opened the box, set everything up as instructed and went to turn it on and everything seemed to be working except nothing ever came up on the screen. I tried everything to troubleshoot it but nothing ever came up. Turns out something in the PC malfunctioned and was just not working. Not sure if I just had a dud or what but spending $1,400 after tax for that was very discouraging. Returned it so might just go with a Cyberpower and see how that goes.

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for the past 12 months, The mother board died this morning just 1 month out of warranty. Looks cool but did not last and at this cost I will buy a Dell instead.

Dont test products
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased computer for son, hook up first one didn't light up or do much, returned for second one and the windows program wouldn't install, returned for a 3rd this one seems to be working, had geek squad verify this one worked. Thankfully best buy in Holyoke and the store manager and staff were 5star, the company making computer is unreliable to me.

Gone bad after a few months of use!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A few months after I purchased this computer I couldn't see anything on the monitor and I think the graphics card has gone bad. This is probably going to cost me another 500 dollars and I'm not happy at all!

Poor assembly
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 of these computers as gifts for Xmas and had to return both of them. Lights didn't work on either one, there were loose wires inside, and the power plugs were loose and the computer would shut off if the power cord was bumped.

Incorrect Specs given Poor quality assembly
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is listed as 8-USB and 2-P/S2 plugs. It has only 6 USB and NO P/S2 plugs. It is also listed has having empty drive bays. Thats great except there are no available socket to attach any extra drives to the Motherboard. Keyboard and mouse are "included" because they are pure garbage. Cable management is horrible, just flopped around. Plugs that are on machine did not line up with openings and case had to be opened and them gently put into correct place without causing MB damage. Computer appears to have been assembled by a child. Thankful for Best Buys return policy! Returned!!

All parts weren’t included
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Missing remote for lights. Called Best Buy whom advised I had to bring the entire computer back after my son set up for hours. Not worth the time.

Posted .Hello,
Not all our systems come with remotes anymore. You can download software to control the lights, they have more options than the remote. There is an informational slip included with the system that explains which software to download.

Awesome PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything looks and performs as expected, which is amazing for 1080p gaming which is all I've tested so far. I didn't get a remote for the RGB, and there is some reference to it in the included paperwork, but the controller is basically pointless with software RGB editors like the one included. My unit also didn't have any foam packaging on the inside, but had notes to remove foam inserts. Maybe it was just left out but the graphics card seems compact enough to support itself without any damage in shipping. I wont use the keyboard since I already have a nicer one, but I was in need of a new mouse and the included one is definitely usable and the dpi button and RGB are nice additions. All in all a perfect performance/value ratio with a couple of nice if not totally necessary additions.

Not a long term buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The windows key didn't work after we purchased and we had to email for a new one. And then the computer worked great! For a couple of months, and then started having issues randomly not being able to start-up, or shutting down intermittently. Then after almost a year the Adata SSD stopped working and we lost all our data!

After several months the audio stopped working. After sending it out to repair for over a month we were told it could not be repaired.
