We had an edit suite failure in the office (we're a film production company) and had to move FAST to get back up. Troubleshooting the old unit was going to take too long and we needed everyone working so... off to BestBuy we went. This machine had the guts we thought would do the trick. Now we're running 2 monitors and 5 external USB drives to edit content and it doesn't miss a beat. 4K files? no problem. Case is easy to deal with too, we'll be adding internal drives and maybe some ram because... hey, why not, right!?!?! We may buy a few more of these for other office locations.

I was hesitant to get it because of the price and how I just stepped into the pc world. Many had told me to just build my own but as a novice I knew I couldn’t do that nor felt like doing so. Luckily, I spotted this pc on my journey to get a gaming pc and not gonna lie it runs really smooth and has additional slots for memory which I will eventually upgrade soon. All in all it’s not a bad pc for in introduction and I highly recommend it for gaming/streaming.

This was the best gaming PC I have ever purchased.

Overall this was a good PC performance wise but there was a frustrating issue with the booting that I have not been able to fix after 3 years. No matter how many times I do a clean install of Windows the PC bootup process eventually degrades to the point where I have to power cycle it just to turn it on. Whenever the computer goes into sleep mode or tries to restart it gets stuck in a weird limbo where it won't wake up until you manually restart and power cycle it. Sometimes this process takes 30 minutes. Otherwise it runs games great when it's on and it has been a nice PC. I could just never turn it off or let it go to sleep.

This gaming pc is amazing, your able to play the majority of games to max settings with high FPS. If you are becoming a new YouTuber this could be the pc for you. You are able to have multiple windows open and be doing multiple things and this pc will not fail you. You can also upgrade this pc in the future for those who want a higher ram or a better graphics card. Over all this will be a great first pc got anyone and highly recommended this!

Easy to set up, quick and quiet. No performance issues yet, no complaints. The customizable light/fan kit is a cool bonus to the solid hardware.

This PC is a gaming beast. Fresh out of the box it already had everything you needed installed, all you needed to download are your games and you were off to gaming. All the games I've played run amazing. Fortnite 250+FPS, Rainbow 6 Siege 230+ FPS, and much more in all other games. I definitely recommend this computer if you're someone who is looking for an amazing 1st PC, this beast will handle any game you throw at it.

Huge step up from my old pc and everything runs great. I can actually run games with great graphics. The fans super quiet too.

Im 3 years into this pc and i love it. Runs all my game perfectly.

After doing some research and thinking about building my own PC I decided to go with this desktop. Been working with the system for about an hour, and everything is working. The unpacking and setting of the machine was flawless and very easy, with no issues. The only thing found so far is that the LED for two of the 4 fans are not turning on. Same as other feedback left for this system. Later today will re-open the machine and verify the connections. Most probably is a loose connector.

I got this PC to replace a gaming laptop that died recently, I was a bit skeptical buying a prebuild vs building my own. But let me tell you this machine is amazing. One of the main reasons why i got this model was due to the video card. It's hard to find a PC with a 2060 super for under $1,500. It is super quiet even when I'm running my games. If your looking for a decent gaming PC, one that will help you get your fight wet and not spend alot, this is the unit for you!

So far I love my IBuyPower System. It's fast, quiet, runs smoothly. The gameplay is a major step up from my old PC.

Such a great price! I got this with a Cyber week deal. I'm a photographer and videographer so I have been looking for a new computer for a while now to edit photos and videos faster than with the laptop I had before. It is so fast and has amazing specs for the price. I chose this computer over getting a super expensive Mac. I am very pleased with my decision! Everything runs smoothly and even with all the fans, the computer is super quiet! Defiantly recommend.

After years of being a die hard console fan, I couldn't miss the awesome black Friday deal. After using the PC I only had one problem. Out of the box 3 of the 4 LED fans would not light up. After some trouble shooting and taking off the back panel I saw that there were 3 cords not connected to the LED hub. I plugged those bad boys in and wallah the fans worked. Graphics are amazing, speed is great. Now I just have to wait for my friends to make the switch.

This desktop is such a great deal for the price. I got it three weeks ago and was incredibly impressed even when I was getting it out of its packing. Every was incredibly easy to set up, and the instructions are really clear. I highly recommend this desktop to anyone who needs it for gaming, editing, or any software that takes a lot of power to run.

Upgraded to this PC after gaming on a laptop for a year or so, and it's amazing. Very easy to set up with the help of the quick start video, and the RGB lighting is an awesome bonus. Comes with a decent beginning keyboard and mouse. Fast shipping. Runs every popular game at 100+ FPS on ultra settings. Great for streaming as well. And all at a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a powerful PC.

This computer was user friendly right out of the box. Easy setup and looks good too! For the price, I am very pleased thus far. Surfing the web has been quick and smooth. Gaming experience has been pretty good so far. I recommend this to anyone that needs a mid grade comp that I would say as good as some of the higher end machines.

This computer is very smooth gaming. It is fast, simple setup and installation. It is possible to put more hard drives in if wanted. Very nice looking just like the picture.

The Pc is great... for a prebuilt. It runs games fairly well with a few fixable issues. For one you definitely want to replace the cpu cooler as soon as you can. Later on you will also want to replace the motherboard everyone gets a different motherboard depending on what they have in stock. 2nd the fans in it aren’t the best maybe replace them with a Corsair fans for cheap. In my opinion building will bf better you will get the most bang for your buck this pc is fairly overpriced but if you go cheaper you will not enjoy games at all so I recommend this for beginning but DEFINITELY REPLACE CPU COOLER

I came into Best Buy to originally buy a laptop, but a gaming pc caught my eye. I had two great customer service representatives at the Walden Galleria location and they directed me to buy the ibuypowers gaming desktop. So far it has been great, easy to set up, very fast, very clear display, and is great for gaming. I definitely recommend this gaming desktop to anyone who is looking for a pc for games.
