It took some research and input from our son to decide to buy this computer due to features. It has all the right stuff for a great Powerful computer. Lack of directions for set up is frustrating though. We found a connection that is loose, but not sure what it goes to. We hooked up WiFi antenna, but not sure if it sits inside or outside case. We’re still trying to figure it out. I would encourage iBuyPower to include more detailed directions for the computer. The LEDs look cool, but there’s no directions on how to control them, so I’ll need to research this too. I wish Bluetooth was included. Also keyboard that is included is average wired keyboard and includes wired mouse. I am hopeful based on specs that this computer will be all we hope for, and will last for us.

It works well and fast. It is smooth and never lags. Tons of memory and is super nice!

You'd be hard pressed to build a PC this powerful yourself without paying more (I bought on sale). Very satisfied with the PC components I got versus the price. My only major complaint is the keyboard is terrible and not worth using; do not rely on it. The mouse on the other hand is decent enough for long-term use.

Normally I build all of my systems, but for the price it made more sense to purchase this one pre-built. Out of the box it's a great machine and will easily run a lot of the recent games with ease! There is a reason that the instructions say to check the cables before powering it up... Shipping jostles things and sometimes they come loose. There was a loose led cable that I found right away. This machine is already my new favorite!

I bought this PC today and it ran super fast. I can play Fortnite 240 fps on max settings. I don't know about other games yet but it is good. The keyboard it comes with however is terrible.

Very happy with this purchase -- I do digital renderings. The performance of this machine is outstanding and has made my workflow faster. Would definitely recommend. Pretty to look at, too! I had a slight issue initially setting up the computer, but a Google search quickly resolved this.

runs fn at 400 fps only prob that the fan came not connected but fixed so im good now

This computer has A LOT of fans, so when i booted it up I was suspecting a roar of a thousand Dragons. But, I'll i hear a wisp of the fans. It works great. As for the speed. Well, windows setup usually takes an hour, i was done with each step as fast as the internet would allow. Which was excellent. 10/10 would recommend especially if you're able to snag it on black Friday

For the past year we have been looking to upgrade our computer. I did a ton of research trying to keep an eye out for a good deal. I did not want to buy a computer and wait for it to arrive just as much as I did not want to buy all the parts and assemble it myself just to save a few bucks. BestBuy had one on hand which made the decision to purchase much easier.

I have been in search of a powerful gaming system for months on end. As soon as I walked into best buy and inquired, they led me straight to this CPU. Installing it was a breeze and its aesthetic is unmatched. Definitely the best buy since the quarantine started. Would recommend 10/10.

This is the my first ever gaming desktop and I can honestly say it was worth it! Power, performance, and visuals is how I would describe this iBuyPower Desktop. The computer starts up within seconds and runs every single game in high quality. I would definitely recommend this PC to anyone who is into gaming and doesn't want to completely break the bank.

Got this computer from Best Buy(curbside pick-up) during the quarantine to get back into PC gaming. I can run the games I enjoy playing on the highest settings, and runs everything smoothly. Very happy. I could have went the build it myself route, but I wanted something fast that just worked out of the box, and I was not disappointed.
