I had problems the moment I picked it up. I went into the store to pick it up and the box was in terrible condition, and previously opened. After pulling the pc out of the box to hook it up and make sure it was ok, considering the condition of the box, the girl behind the counter said that she needed my permission to open the side of the pc to take out the foam holding the graphics card during shipping. Upon opening the side we noticed that there was in fact no foam inside holding the graphics card, which confirmed it was previously opened. After it was finally up and running we decided to make sure the side panel monitor was working. According to what I read online it was supposed to hook up to a displayport, haha Nope. It took the only available hdmi port on the card. After hooking it up to test it, just like many of the other reviews, it was installed upside down. Yes, I can turn it over in the setting but that's not the point. It should have been installed properly at the factory, and TESTED! They returned the pc, and I went to look for a comparable setup. No such luck! Only thing comparable was more than twice the price. So with a little compromise, they agreed to sell me the pc as an open box. I should have turned my back then. So I get home and realized I didn't have a monitor to hook to the graphics card. So at this point, with a lack of funds, I had no choice but to hook it to my tv. So the graphics have not been up to par since i got it. Ok, so this next rant is just probably not as important but I'm gonna throw it in there. Ok so the photo gallery of this pc shows everything in white hence the "Snowblind" name. My board is jet black, and in my opinion throws off the whole build. The side panel monitor is much harder to see than the unit on display because of the black motherboard. Everything I read online said this computer was supposed to come with an Asus prime z370-p motherboard which has a lot of white on it, among an assortment of features that my board does not have. Instead mine came with an Asrock b360m IB-r1, try and look it up. There is absolutely no support for this board. Ok so, I get this thing hooked up to my tv and try installing my games, for some odd reason the windows Installation is corrupted in some wierd way that will not let me sign into any of my accounts. Almost like there is a parental lock on it. So back to bestbuy to buy a ssd to put my own install of windows on. I buy a 500gb wd black nvme drive and install windows, now everything is working fine. But, because of the board they put in this thing my optane memory is useless at this point because it's missing the second m.2 slot that the z370-p had. Which I bought ahead of time in plans on using it in this pc. I had been using this pc for about 3 weeks, and even pulled some very impressive benchmark scores. I finally get a monitor to hook to this thing, use it one night, then back to work for 4 days. I get up today, my day off, turn the pc on, then let my wife know I have to run to the store before I can get on the game. So I go to the store. I get back, go upstairs and my pc isn't running. I asked my wife what happened and she replied that she didn't know. As a long time pc builder I immediately unplug all peripherals and try to reboot, NOTHING. It's just dead. Not coming back on dead!

Just got the pc today and was super easy to set up. It was my first time too. The only problem is that the display on the pc itself is upside down. The keyboard and mouse are kind of bad, so be prepared to spend more money.

Was going to buy a HP equivalent computer but HP computer was not available for an undetermined period of time. Best Buy recommend this computer. It was the same cost and same specs. I have only had it for a short period of time but it does the job for me.

I bought this computer as my first ever desktop gaming computer and so far I'm impressed, it was able to run games that made my previous gaming laptop lag with ease. I'm able to run games at a much higher quality now with almost triple the frame rate.

loving the whole experience so far. originally starting the system was having issues with the ssd loading up. the ibuypower tech support was extremely patient and helpful with diagnosing the issue and walking me through to fix it.

This is my first gaming PC and I absolutely love it! It was delivered within a week and was easy to set up. Comes with a keyboard and mouse which was a bonus as well. I love everything about this PC.

I spent about a month searching for a gaming desktop and I must say I am very happy with my decision to buy this one. Nothing was broken, everything was connected, and it started right up with no issues.

This is my first actual gaming PC and so far it hasn't let me down it! I would recommend this PC for other but only if you want to stick to a PC! Anyways, i love this PC and i would buy again!

My son (18) loves his new gaming computer. He says it is even better than he expected. He can play all of the latest games with no "glitches" or time lags. Quick and easy setup.

The desktop is very nice, I did have a few troubles in the beginning but I made sure everything was plugged in and after that it worked perfectly. I'd recommend this desktop to my friends.

I bought this gaming computer for my son as a gift and he loves it. I chose this one particularly because of the features and also of the price.

We bought this computer because it had the I-7 intel chip and internal Hard Drive and SSD. The graphic card is a good 1/3 of the internal sof the ystem

The only issue I had with the desktop was the side panel came upside down but it’s a easy fix once you go into the display settings.
