I was looking for a new gaming computer that I could use, not only for games, but I am also a game developer. Walked into Best Buy and saw an iBuyPower computer both on sale and fit my needed specs perfectly. I told the sales agent that I wanted to pick this one, but instead he directed me to another iBuyPower computer that had even higher specs and was even cheaper than the one I chose. Its only been a week so time will tell, but as of right now I would buy another iBuyPower product. Overall the computer is great. Good quality parts, high specs and at a great price. The only complaint I have is that the keyboard that comes with it is not really good at all. Cheaply made membrane keyboard. Need to press buttons all the way with very little response. I hurriedly replaced this. The mouse is nice though. Overall a wonderful produce for the price. Just plan to buy a new keyboard along with it if you don't already have one.

It's a prebuilt, so you get what you pay for. For me it's great for slightly overclocked gaming. I wouldn't recommend for someone trying to push limits, as you'll spend another $1k trying to replace parts. Motherboard and RAM are pretty lackluster, but it's good enough for me to run most titles I play @ >200 fps 1080p.

This computer runs exactly as well as I was hoping it would. Running games at 1080p since I can't afford a new monitor, it is the smoothest gaming experience I've ever had. The only problem I've noticed is that I had to move the motherboard a little bit when I got it because I couldn't plug anything into the bottom USB ports.

First time buying a gaming pc and iam not disappointed , this machine from ibuypower is excellent for gaming and editing, the nvidia rtx 2080 super on this beast makes the games look so smooth , cant wait to see what else i can do with it

Good computer for the price, works well. I have seen this same computer for almost 2x the price but here its pretty cheap for a 2080 super and a i7-9700k processor since those parts are more than enough to run any game at max settings.

I have built the last four PCs that I have used for gaming. I decided I would purchase this computer instead of building my next computer. I'm glad I did. I bought the computer primarily due to the 2080 Super Nvidia card being included (mine was a MSI brand), as well as using the i7-9700K. I have purchased other "gaming computers" before, and have not been impressed until now. When I opened the box, there was a big packet of packing material inside the computer, which is a good thing, as it kept all the components (for the most part) plugged in. The only thing not plugged in was a RGB power pin had been dislodged, which I put back in place. While I've only had the computer for a day or two, I am pretty impressed by the components used. I had no issues with setting windows up, nor installing all of my devices. The unit comes with 6 USB-3 ports (4 on the back, two on the top front). There are also 2 USB-2 ports on the back. The hard drive is ok, 1 TB at 7200 and a small 450GB SSD. The SSD was placed on the "back side" of the computer, which is weird, but hey it saves space. The inside of the desktop is pretty clean, and cabling is done pretty well. There's a liquid cooler, which I've never used before, and so far the system stays pretty cool and quiet (I've played Red Dead 2 so far on the system). Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. iBUYPOWER seems to make a quality product. Also, there was absolutely no "bloatware" on the system, which I was surprised by. Instead, their website points you to the manufacturers websites for included utilities, upgraded drivers, etc and you can decide if you want to install all the stuff. I like being given the choice. My only two gripes: The included keyboard, which being lighted, feels pretty cheap. Also, the mouse feels cheap, but I have a Razor Chroma from another install, so no big deal. The case is very clean, with tempered glass. I'm not taking any points off for the keyboard and mouse because hey, what do you expect. They could have included a non lighted el cheapo keyboard, like other companies. One other issue I had: after updating Windows 10 to the most current (took awhile), the onboard wireless stopped working. I had to download the newest drivers from ASROCK's website, and then it started to work again. I'm not blaming iBUYPOWER on this one; I'm thinking it's due to all the updates. To sum it all up: you can't go wrong with this system. It runs games very well, it has RTX, you can upgrade the system (memory, add SSDs, change video card).

I recently purchased an iBUYPOWER system from BestBuy. I first I was reluctant since I wasn't familiar with the brand. However, once installed and I started using it for engineering applications, I was significantly impressed. Its speed is significantly faster than anything I have previously own. Two feature of the iBUYPOWER system that has made my work in 3D modeling and circuit board design more efficient is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX2080 graphics card and the SSD drive that came with the system. Autorouting a circuit board uses a significant amount of resourses and time, but with the iBUYPOWER system that time was cut to a fraction of the time it previously took. Heck, I didn't even have time to get a cup of coffee when the job was completed. I highly recommend the iBUYPOWER system to both gamers and engineers.

Machine seems to work very well and doesn't break a sweat at the highest possible settings. Love the aesthetics. My ONE gripe is that the mouse that they shipped it with came dead. I am calling customer service this morning as I heard they are great with returning everything. VERY easy to set up.

I needed a new desktop and wanted one with top specs. Saw this in the black friday ad and picked it up on impulse. Runs everything I have thrown at it on the highest settings without a hiccup. 2080 Super, SSD, 650 watt power supply, gaming grade RAM, water cooled. What more can you ask for at this price?

Got this in BF sale for very good price, One led wasn’t working which is normal for shipping was easy to fix. Did few ssd upgrades and the pc is working as expected very smooth and fast playing all games on high settings with no problems at all

The computer itself is super fast and can handle almost anything. The downside is the ssd is only 480 gb. Still trying to swap the secondary 1tb hdd out for a 6tb but there is not much space on backside to even get to it. Also the psu is non-modular for additional hdd.

The pc is very good and you can customize it easily and can upgrade any parts in the future. Would really recommend if you are too lazy to build your own.

the quality and wire management are great , runs WoW,Diablo3,Division 2, SoT , all max settings , I recommend running a 120hz+ monitor to see the full capabilities of the 2080 GPU, definitely will be a future Ibuypower customer

I recently purchased the iBUYPOWER BB973 gaming desktop, I usually build my computers, but this pre-built beast with the 2080 super is a deal that you can't pass up. Great desktop, quiet & quick, LED's are a nice add as well.

Prompt delivery, although I didn't have to sign for it as it said, left by garage? Computer is awesome, easy setup, video helped with getting packaging out, start up was easy, boots up in less than a minute. Reloaded programs, data etc in about an hour or so. Very quiet, gaming is awesome with improved scores already. Keyboard is great and the gaming mouse works better for me than my Razer, too many controls on the Razer, simple and easy to use. RGB looks great and their are sufficient ports to support all peripherals. Overall, great deal, much cheaper than Amazon or New Egg. Replaces an IBuyPower computer I bought in 2014, that still worked great but needed updating and is now a spare for guests to use. Overall excellent experience.

Great Computer, it did crash but I don’t think it was computer related. keyboard and mouse that comes with it kinda sucks. The desktop has three rgb fans in the front but one of them doesn’t work. Runs games very well as expected.

My first gaming PC. Able to play Modern Warfare in 4K at 60fps consistently with no problems or drops in FPS. Appears to be built very well. I had no problems out of the box and it just fired right up. The fans are awesome looking.

This pc runs games like it’s no problem on very high settings. The only bad thing I can say about it is that they put a cheap ssd in it, which I’m going to be upgrading soon. But overall it’s a great pc and highly recommend it!

This is my first gaming PC. I used to play PC games in the 90's and when I went off to college my only PC became obsolete and have been gaming on consoles for the past ~20 years. I have wanted to build a PC for years now but even after watching videos was very nervous about it as I have no experience at all. This was a great solution as now I have had the opportunity to see what everything looks like. I now have the confidence to upgrade this when the time comes! I don't have a nice monitor yet so everything I have played has only been 1080p at 60 fps. This thing has handled everything I have thrown at it so far with no issues. My experience has been fantastic! Shipping was quick. I was worried about damage during delivery but everything works perfectly so far.

I love this desktop, I've had no issues running any game I play including Modern Warfare. I highly recommend this PC for gaming. Compared to higher end PCs its perfect if youre looking to spend a little less.
