Got this at the black friday price and it is a deal. I was looking to build my pc from bear bone up, and when I saw the components list was impressed. I mean the 10th gen i7 is like 400 buy its self and the graphic card is like another 1k. You still have room to build with 2 pcie x1 and 1 pcie x16 plus it does have a slot for m.2. it comes with 2x 8G sticks of ram in stead of 1x 16 G stick but I'm guessing that if your ram failed you would still be able to boot. But over all you are getting a great deal for this build, i think it is resonsonably priced, I am running potoshop, 3ds max and ableton and am happy with the proccessing times.

Usually I put together my own computers, but I needed a quick system for working and gaming. It handles great Autodesk products, and Battlefield games. It's fast and quiet.

Fast, reliable, and smooth! Runs all games at max settings, and handles workflows real well. Used for music production, animation, video editing, and gaming.

Great PC for gaming and streaming. The PC doesn't get hot and it is able to do anything I need it to do all the way up to editing. Great build would recommend 10/10!

As soon as I opened it up you could tell it was really nice. Well built, with quality parts. If I have to give it a downside, it would be the use of an SATA SSD that uses QLC memory. It's still going to be faster than anything you've used before but it's not the best you can use for a computer of this power. NVME prices are getting lower so it will make a good future upgrade. The LEDs look fantastic and work well. I got it on sale and it was worth every penny. Pricing it out to build it myself probably would have cost me as much or probably more without this good of a warranty. Highly recommended.

My son is an intermediate gamer - though morphing quickly into a serious one - who used this iBUYPOWER at his friend’s recently. He was blown away! He switched over from a middle of the road Alienware he was using. Setup was superior easy. It was up and running in under 2MINS. He is using the Norton Gaming Anitvirus software and not the TrendMicro that was offered for free. He has zero complaints. Although the specifications between his precious Alienware and this iBUYPOWER are near identical, he swears this is superior in every way. Highly recommended!

Super fast for all major games. Quiet and stylish too. Easy to upgrade graphics card etc. in the future with no tools required. Quiet machine too.

For the price and the parts that come with this PC it's definitely the best out there. The product is also working as intended and maybe even better than intended.

After having one of the worst PC's for about 6 years, I needed an upgrade badly and fast. I went from having an integrated graphics card to a 2080 Super, which was a huge difference in performance. After buying the BB973, I was immediately satisfied with the product. It has more than enough performance and could handle 100 FPS in almost any AAA game. I'm amazingly satisfied with the product, and if you want to have a reliable computer for a long time that's also upgradable, then definitely go with the BB973 or any other PC that IBUYPOWER offers.

i7 desktop that includes high end graphics, water cpu cooling, ssd and memory to support most applications. No need for upgrades for 2-3 years.

Awesome it has good graphics, good cooling, great led, one disadvantage is the graphics card only has 1 hdmi port so I have to get a converter for 2 monitors.

Great PC. It's definitely worth it. I'm able to run full graphic setting on all games with no issues! Now it's just how long before I have to upgrade parts.

After deciding to give my current setup to my brother I was on the hunt for a new machine. Last time I had my tower custom built and upgraded it over time. Typically I go to Fry's Electronics since they have everything on hand but my local one is likely going bankrupt. After looking into buying a premade unit, I couldn't believe the pricepoint of this. If I take the individual units and plug them into PCPartPicker, it's actually more expensive. While I'm confident that buying a new build will be a while, iBUYPOWER will be my first look.

This computer has everything you will need for the upcoming years of PC gaming. The processor is fast and the graphics card is amazing. Would recommend!

PC came boxed very well. Stuffing inside case. No loose wires. Overall wiring was very tight and clean. The description doesn't break down what components come with the PC. Mobo: Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S Graphics Card: MSI Geforce RTX 2080 Super RAM: 2x8gb A-Data DDR4 3000 (cpu-z says max bandwidth is DDR4-2666) My only issue so far is the RAM. I ran some tests and the performance leaves much to be desired. I will probably upgrade to some better RAM at some point. I did not try the onboard audio as I already had a Sound Blaster Z card.

It's pretty good for the price, and is super quiet compared to literally every other gaming PC. The mouse and keyboard are a nice addition, too.

Super fast processor and gpu for the money, I would highly recommend this computer for anyone who is trying to get a high end computer for a great price.

I just purchased this system yesterday, and was concerned about the quality of the build after reading all the questions and answers and reviews on the Best Buy site. Upon opening the case, however, I was happy to find that the motherboard was installed properly and did not interfere in any way with the USB ports etc. on the back. The wiring was very neatly done, and only 1 RGB fan connector had come loose. I plugged it in and booted the machine to find all RGB fans and cooler working just fine. I would absolutely recommend this system. Ibuypower rocks!!!

This PC has been my workhorse for about 3 months now and I can honestly say I have 0 complaints. The only thing I’ve upgraded so far is RAM and it was more of a cosmetic feel with the RGB CORSAIR VENGEANCE PRO sticks. More than enough USB ports and graphics can run as high as you want with no problems. THE BIGGEST CON is the front cover which is removable. During gaming you’ll see almost a 7 degree or more difference with the front cover off. You also have to be aware of RGB connections as they easily become detached.
