Computer set up was very easy. Except for Windows, all of the factory drivers were pre-installed. After updating Windows it was ready to Rock. Overclocloking and thermal features are easy to use and work well. It has been able to handle anything that’s come up so far such as downloaded games and VR games. This model doesn’t come with a remote for RGB colors but has a pre-installed app to use to control RGB features.

I got this on sale for $1500 and there is no way I could have built this rig at that price point. I am super impressed with the build quality. My only gripe is the keyboard and mouse.. those immediately went into my stockpile of random electronics graveyard in case I ever need an emergency backup. This thing is very fast, boots to login in 7 seconds, have not found anything that taxes the 2080 super yet.

Loving my new computer, initial setup was short and its has been performing swimmingly!

Out of the box a sata cable was not attached and one was broken off my hard drive. It didnt even run out of the box had to contact manufacturer to get a new hard drive but had to buy my own cable. About 3 years after purchase the 2080 card stopped working for no reason. Poor quality control and seems like poor parts.

I've been buying iBuyPower systems since my first one in 2011. I bought last year's similar system with the RTX 2080 and an 8th Gen cpu and it was perfect, still works and I gave it to my son. I bought this one for myself, but this time around it is NOT the same quality. The case is so so... does the job. The cable management is very poor, the cables on the windowless side of the case were crammed in there so tight and messy that I couldn't get them untangled. The reason for opening in the first place? RGB on the water-cooled fan was off and I had to re-connect. It got disconnected because of how all the cables just got stuffed in there and were being held in place with the case slide (which was bulging out from beng pressed against by the mess inside). The RTX 2080 Super card is making a weird electric current noise at boot and has an extreme amount of coil whine. In certain in game scenes, it sounds like it's grinding! The PSU is very loud and it's fan continuosly makes a knocking sound. Sometimes it sounds like its fan spins up super fast, pops and goes quiet again. Maybe I just got a lemon, but at this point I will be returning this and building a system myself. I would highly recommend trying to re-seat all the components as soon as you get this as sometimes it'll solve lots of connectivity and noise issues. It did not help me, but may help others who get this system.

This is Ryan Long reviewing this iBuyPower... powerhouse! I got this on a cyber Monday sale and loved it so much as soon as I plugged it in and saw the colorful RGB lights! In all seriousness this is a great and powerful pc that runs Fortnite at 350+ fps! The keyboard and mouse are nice additions while the 12 month warranty from the factory goes a long way! Hopefully not necessary but good for piece of mind!

I purchased a BB973 gaming desktop from Best Buy late last year (2019). I waited to review it after a significant period of time, so that I could leave a fair and honest review. This machine has been a beast for gaming and works great in the home office as well. I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend iBuyPower as a solid gaming pc manufacturer for anyone in the market.

I wanted to give the pc a little bit of run time before writing a review. so far this pc has been awesome. more than i thought it would b. unboxing was simple. i am new to desk top,so the instructions where simple to follow to assemble, removing the packaging from the inside. the only thing that took me a few extra minutes was figuring out which where the 2.0 and the 3.0 connects.

I've seen bad reviews regarding things not working out of the box for this machine but I had no issues whatsoever with this one. Coming from a previous Gateway FX gaming machine with an upgraded Radeon Graphics card, there is no comparison. Liquid cooled and RGB lighting.. What else can you ask for.... Super fast and smooth. This is one sweet PC. Love it!!! PS, the keyboard is back lit.

A pre build like this is amazing....got these for my boys for Xmas. It's better than any of their friends and hundreds less. Even the guy who tried building his own couldn't match the components for the money. Dont hesitate on this parents....its a PC that will last your kids for years and years....I'm betting between 7-10 years and will still compete w the average machines in that future.

I purchased this computer about a month ago. Since then, I have spent more time playing games than I have hanging out with family. I have played several games on it now including Diablo 3, Skyrim, Warframe, and Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. All of which I was able to set to high graphics with fantastic performance. No lag or glitching. I have also played around with AutoCAD and Inventor and am extremely pleased with how smooth it runs. This is my first experience with a liquid cooled processor and I must say, it is dead silent. I can't even hear the fans running. If I shut everything else in my house off, I can just faintly hear the liquid flowing through the cooler. I have yet to hear the fans for the graphics card kick on so I would have to say that it performs well enough that they do not need to run, or they are so silent as well, that I can not tell. I do wish it came with Windows 10 pro but an upgrade really isn't a big deal. I plan to upgrade to pro as soon as I move my OS to an NVMe drive that I plan to add to the computer after the warranty expires. The free keyboard is not very impressive. The buttons are difficult to press but I did not expect much from a free keyboard anyway. Regardless, the RGB lighting is cool and looks nice with all of the lighting inside the computer. I would certainly recommend this computer and would probably buy another one if something managed to happen to this one.

I have always been the one to be skeptical of pre-builds, I typically always use my own build, but It's been costing me a lot, and I did not wanna go through the build process, so, bought this and with a bit of updating, and some hard work everything works great. works as it should and runs everything smoothly. I give a 5 star, and take it from me, I was super skeptical at first.

New to the gaming desktop world, but saw the positive reviews on this, and decided to go for it. Have not been disappointed thus far. The system is super quiet, has handled any game thrown at it with ease, and the RGB lighting is pretty cool as well! Plenty of room for any upgrades as well. Would definitely recommend this to any 1st time buyer...you will not regret it.

My brother purchased this same goliath a month prior, and he convinced me to the same. I finally stopped messing around with inferior/cheaper computers and received something of high quality that is sleek, quiet, aesthetically pleasing with all its lights and colors, and most importantly will allow me to take on several different projects that I hadn't bee able to do before.

very happy after one week - installed all my programs including some video apps that require a lot of computer power - they used to crash my older gateway - this computer can handle them - also can handle having many windows and apps running simultaneously - also tried a game and it worked great - I'm not a gamer - got this for work and to record and edit audio and video

Great PC. It is powerful but with any prebuilt pc they go cheap in some aspects. With mine it seems to be that the LED flickers in and out. When I opened it up to see if it was a loose connection it definitely was. I would push together a certain power cable and all the lights would turn on. However, this doesn't impact the performance of the PC and still happy for the purchase I just don't get a beautiful looking PC.
