After using an Allienware gaming laptop that consistently hit 100c playing rather non taxing games, heating to the point of cooking an egg, and blowing enough hot air to contribute to global warming I decided to get a new PC. I was looking at the M51 but the price was making me see stars a bit.... Maybe I should revisit a regular desktop again. After looking at different PCs from boutique to generic I came across IBUYPOWER. 9700K... 2080 Super... 500gb SSD and 1TB 7200 (just that not being a 5400 hybrid says alot). The reviews were on the upper end too so another good sign. This was my first purchase from them so figured why not. In the midst of the Covid outbreak curbside.... no issues there and great way Bestbuy has it setup. Still hit the box with Lysol... Once I got it home opened up the side to remove the packaging material inside. MSI 2080 Super Ventus OC (very nice surprise), ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S (nice also), house brand water cooling system on CPU, XPG 3000 overclocked memory out of the box (has cooling fins attached), WD Blue SSD SATA drive 500gb, and WD 1 TB WD10EZEX 7200 harddrive. Liking what I see... Boot time is in seconds, I've not tried any taxing games on the system (WOW doesnt count but that is running max for everything) but that will change this weekend (work gets in the way ya know). The only issue and not one for me is the bottom front fan does not light up. Not an issue for me to have to return it, more than likely I'll just turn the lights off at some point. You can change the colors / pulse through a menu on the boot screen. Overall for $1600 this is a FANTASTIC deal and not one bit of regrets with purchasing it. I would highly recommend this PC to someone.

this is my first gaming pc. the build is solid. and the performance is great.

The PC came well packaged. Quick set-up and was off and playing. The PC handles well and is pretty quiet. I have no complaints. At some point I will add additional memory but it plays Flight Simulator and almost highest graphics settings which is not easy to do. There really isnt a PC out there that can run Flight sim 2020 on ultra and achieve 60+ FPS.

Im new to the PC world and i was originally going to go with the pc building route until i came across this particular pc at the Black Friday sale price of $1499.00 whic is great! i had plugged in all the parts in this pc into pcpartpicker and it came out to around $1780.00 and im so glad i snagged the deal in time! Overall, amazing look with rgb lights and runs smoothly so far!

Great Pre-build PC, great performance overall, great cooling. Love it

I stared with the Alienware and it’s motherboard fried after 3 hours of use so I returned it for this one. Best thing that happened. I love this system. It runs around 42-50°C CPU and GPU on the most physical demanding games. The 2080 super is worth it up front because it’ll be able to power the games for years to come. Go ahead and get it while you can for as cheap

So far so good. I purchased this pre-built a few weeks ago and so far have no real complaints. I picked it up at the store so I didn't have to worry about the cards being thrown around during shipping. Basically what you see is what you get. The cable management is better than some of the other pre-builts I have seen, it's pretty quiet until all the fans kick up, then it makes a little noise, but I'd attribute most of that to the giant card with three fans as well. If I had to criticize this machine/Best Buy/iBuypower it would be not disclosing all the exact components in the machine i.e. the specs don't specify which RAM and motherboard are going to be in it. According to the Q&A with iBuypower reps it's because they don't have a consistent stock of one brand of those components, and to the average person it probably doesn't matter, myself included really. RAM is pretty cheap to upgrade and of all the major components, the motherboard is the cheapest there too, just more labor intensive to replace. Overall I'm happy with then purchase, I was able to finance with my Best Buy credit card and also got $200 off because it was my birthday, which was what sold it for me really. Chef recommends.

At first I thought about building my own. But then I realized that I don't have the time. So I went on shopping and found this awesome product. It loads Destiny 2 in just a few seconds. It's lightning fast. Never had any issues with any games I play or browsing the internet and using it for worm. I hooked it up to my Sony Bravia TV and it's great. Definitely recommend.

We decided on this desktop after going through a lot of options from Dell, and other brands. We zeroed in on this for the value for money that this desktop offered. The desktop is amazing, works great and is suitable for the games that my son plays. It came at a great price and would highly recommend it anyone looking for value for money gaming desktop.

I chose this PC to get back into PC gaming for the first time in ~6 years. I'm absolutely happy with it thus far. The 2080 Super mated with the i7-9700k is an absolute animal. The only upgrade I would consider making is to the ram. But all the LED's work, no connections were broken because of the solid packaging, and everything works as it should.

This machines provides more than enough power and memory for my son's gaming and programming requirements. Plus, the NVIDIA GoForce RTX graphics is proving to be superior to past machines. It will be for VR design and VR applications. Also, it will support all other programming requirement needed while a BS degree in computer science.

I was looking for a Desktop that could withstand high creative tasks like video editing software, photoshop, and music production while at the same time be able to play games with high FPS and smooth gaming experience. All I could say for now is that this desktop is providing a great gaming and creative outlet development experience so far!

So I just got my PC delivered today and I cant plug any usbs or other cables into the back because the metal plate around the connections is all off center and there are pins or like 1/8th inch blocking all of the ports. The keyboard and mouse are the cheapest plastic things ever made, CyberPowerPC made a much better PC. I dont know what I'm going to do to get this resolved I've already made two trips to Best Buy today and need to get thus thing working but clearly this needs to be sent back or have someone fix this. Unless this is resolved quickly and easily, I can not recommend this product for the price, the basics of the build and accessories are terrible. I will update this review once someone gets this fixed or they wind up having to return everything.

Powerful gaming pc. Some of the bundled items like the graphics card have longer warranties if you register the components at the companies direct websites. Good thing since one of my components had an issue after a little over a year of ownership. All in all it has been good experience and a decent system. Always get Total Tech Support for any issues with electronics.

As I said, this is a great desktop if you’re looking for an upgradable and nice looking piece of hardware. It’s very powerful with a 2080 super and an I7 9700 k you can’t Go wrong. However, it’s overpriced which is the case with most pre builds from this brand. Assassins creed Odyssey gets about 50-60 FPS, borderlands 3 gets 85-100, same with warzone. Great cpu with powerful graphics card and easily upgradable.

I'm absolutely loving this pc, it's playing all of my MMORPGs on ultra and paired with my dell monitor with gsync enabled and overclocked at 165hz everything looks so amazing. Absolutely worth every penny! Also I really like the clean setup inside the case and the LED lighting is alot of fun to adjust though I most leave it cycling through the colors.

I purchased this computer for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and he loves it. The year before I purchased him a MacBook but the Graphics Card sucked, so I did some research and came across this bad boy. We both love it. Best computer... if you are looking to purchase don’t second guess it. Yess it’s a great buy. I most definitely will recommend it.
