This pc is overall a good pre-built. The only thing is that the motherboard is not that great but then again it is a pre-built. All in all , this pc build is great for gaming and everyday work.

I love this PC. We purchased an iBuypower PC a few years ago - and it worked very well. The time came to upgrade to a new machine and this was selected....and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed! The internal LEDs have customization capability, the machine's case is well built - with a tempered glass side that slides on/off by removing two case screws, it comes with 16 GB of DDR4 RAM; with two additional slots for expansion up to 32 GB! The machine boots extremely fast, with the SSD that's included - which clearly holds the OS. In addition, a second HDD is also included. The device itself is liquid cooled, which I'm a huge fan of; and it runs with very little sound. Again, investing in this machine is more than worth it!

one of the most powerful computers i ever played on for gaming smooth graphics and insane load time if you get a chance to get your hands on one of these babys do it while you can they are affordable.

Seems like a great machine. In the process of running Windows Update(s). I did spec a similar machine as a component build and the price was comparable. I selected this model over the BB972 due to quieter cooling.

I will start with the PC is powerful, looks great and is fairly quiet. The reason for the poor review is solely for the customer support. If you are like me, I opted to buy prebuilt to be able to have a support network being my 1st time getting into PC gaming. This is not the PC for that, I had the GPU fail (not IBuyPower's fault) so I emailed the tech support to RMA it. After not getting a response for 2 days, I decided to call, after almost an hour and a half on hold, I finally get to someone to tell me to fill out a form and then call customer support to finish the RMA. At this point customer support is closed so I had to wait another day. I call customer support and again am on hold, this time for over an hour and a half just to talk to someone, to get the GPU shipped. If you are lucky and don't have any failures with the PC it will be great but if something fails, it is a nightmare.

Best purchase I made in awhile! PC came one day early! I am able to stream with no problem. I can play games on max settings too! This is my 2nd purchase from ibuypower and they will continue to do so!

Decided I wanted to buy a gaming PC instead of buying the next gen video game systems. I figured that I was going to be buying both upcoming systems, so why spend that much when I could buy something great already.

I couldn't be more pleased with the system and the customer support. Love the speed and RGB lighting looks!! Had a small issue with keyboard, chatted with them, and they're sending out a replacement.

I bought this "gaming PC" because I needed a work PC with some significant graphics horsepower for 3D manipulation that I wouldn't need to upgrade in a year. Conveniently, however, my son has found it to be stellar for running games (no surprise) when I'm not using it for work. It runs cool and quietly no matter what we throw at it, and while not a factor in my purchase, I will say it looks incredible. I wanted a PC with known-brand, quality components at a price that rivaled what I could get if I built it...without having to build it. iBUYPOWER uses good stuff and prices it well.

Purchased this for my 16 y.o. boy for Christmas. I haven't seen it in play mode. I may never due to work. However, he is extremely pleased and his friends are quite jealous. His older sister even says it's cool.

This machine is amazing. Runs all of my games perfectly. Have max settings on Warzone without any hickups. I love this thing! I smile every time I walk by it. I would recommend this to anyone!

I received my iBUYPOWER pc yesterday and it is great. All I had to do was plug it in, set it up and it was ready to play. The pc itself had no issues whatsoever and the whole process was great.

Much higher fps than my previous computer, but I was surprised that there was no usb-c port. Adding 1 was fairly simple once I figured out you had to twist off the metal blockers, and a usb-c card is fairly cheap. Quiet enough to not notice while in games.

My PC died on me without warning and I was devastated, until I got on Best Buy's website. I had a coupon for my birthday, and a killer opportunity to save some serious dough on a new PC for myself. I had narrowed down between a few different options including this PC. I went to the store, so I could hopefully speak with someone who is more knowledgeable about my options. After speaking with an associate, his confidence in this machine is what sold me on it, and even after feeling confident in his advise, seeing this thing in action, he still undersold it. I am blown away at the looks, performance, and over all sexiness of this machine. It is a monster and I love it. I can't wait to put it to the test! :)

Bought as I jump back into gaming. Have had several custom built pcs/laptops over the years. This blows them all out of the water when comparing them to the games out at the time I got the computer.

I personally would recommend this pc. I personally like the RGB lights. When I received it one of the RGB fans wasn’t lighting up, but it was a very simple fix. Getting 400 fps in csgo is pretty cool

If you’re wondering if this PC is worth the money, I say yes! My boyfriend switched to PC gaming and he couldn’t be happier with this. So far I think it’s great, we haven’t had any problems

I spent weeks researching parts to build my own computer And it was going to be about the same price as this. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. FYSA: I’m getting over 200 FPS in Fortnite Season 2.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my teenage son. He has been playing games non-stop with no issues since Christmas Eve. Like others have said in earlier reviews, the ports in the back were misaligned, mostly because of the way the external metal plate is installed. With a little bit of adjusting on the outside I was able to fix the issue. It was nice that I avoided the hassle and heartache of returning the system, but it is still upsetting given that this could easily have been avoided with proper quality control. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have given this system a 5 star rating based on our experience so far. Time will tell if other QC issues materialize. With that said, my son loves the lighting effects and the system runs EXTREMELY quite which is a big plus. I’m not an expert on gaming PC’s but the configuration seems to be well above standards for today’s games.
