It is a great pc definitely recommend it, basically runs any game you want very fast and responsive. but mine did have a shifted backplate but it was not a big deal it was fixable. Overall love it had for a 2 weeks now it runs great

I bought it to run flight simulators and so far has performed well. I’m a Mac guy, so getting used to a PC again has been a bit of a learning curve. Overall I’m pleased.

Purchased this model on sale. It has the RTX 2080 Super and at the price point of $1599, was a deal. Packaged nicely and no issue out of box. So far, very pleased with system.

This is my third gaming computer and it by far my best performance wise and looking if u dnt want to build one yourself buy this pre build one u won’t b disappointed

I have been using this for a couple months and have had no issues at all. I upped the ram to 32GB but other then that it is stock. plays any game you throw at it.

I needed a computer to run a golf simulator, this exceeded the requirements to run everything and hasn't missed a step, despite the fact that it's in my hot garage.

About this computer for my grandson who is an avid gamer. He says it is great for playing all his games! We would recommend it to anyone that wants a great gaming computer

This thing is sweet. Super fast and quiet. I can run all my games on Ultra, I've never been able to do that before. Boots up super fast. Easy set up. It runs very smooth

Just picked this bad boy up today and let me tell ya it looks beautiful. I cant wait to play every game on ultra and still get insane FPS. 10/10 would recommend and buy again

Surprised by how quite it is. I thought the fancy lighting would be a distraction, but not so much. I really like this machine. Great for what I need it for.

I am writing a follow up review to this PC I ordered 6 months ago (screenshot attached). Best Buy does not let you edit reviews. I wanted to come back and say the PC worked fine until the iBuyPower liquid CPU cooler broke this week. The CPU cooler started breaking a few days prior as well, but I didn't notice because I don't constantly monitor my CPU temperatures. This probably caused some damage to my CPU also, but it's working. iBuyPower uses a CPU cooler that is so cheap, that they don't even sell it in-stores. After posting about this issue on multiple forums, I found out a lot of people that have an iBuyPower PC has their liquid cooler break within 4-10 months (if it hasn't came broken already). If you don't know how to build a computer, it takes a lot of extra effort, time, and money to go in and replace this. After going into the PC I noticed a lot of the screws weren't even the correct screws, so parts weren't attached properly. This leads me to believe that these computers are too rushed. This isn't as big of a red flag as the defect-prone liquid coolers, but definitely noteworthy. If you buy this PC, you need to buy a new liquid cooler from a reputable brand and replace the default iBuyPower one inside before using it. At this point though, I would just build a computer from scratch or buy from a brand that doesn't skimp on (any) parts.

I've had this machine for about 11 months, and it's been fine for the most part. But suddenly one of the fans started making a strange, intermittent clicking sound. I can tell which component is making the sound but it's a very non-standard fan. There are tubes in the case that seem to have no purpose beyond aesthetics and get in the way of troubleshooting. I hired a repair professional to take a look, and he told me he'd do more research and then bailed. I kind of wish I'd spent a few hundred dollars more for something from a more reputable manufacturer.

Overall i love the system. Great specs, great gpu... my only dowside is that for the cost it should have included an i9 cpu instead of an i7, but still a solid pc.

After doing some research, I kept on coming back to the same conclusion: iBuyPower was the way to go. Well, it's been a couple of weeks now and I don't regret my decision one bit. I'm not a hardcore gamer but this computer will clearly handle anything you throw at it, whether that be games or video editing. I've done both so far and it has exceeded all of my expectations. One of the fans wasn't spinning/lighting up and the top USB ports weren't working initially, but a quick opening of the case and securing some wires that were loosened during shipping fixed the problems right away.

Overall I have been very happy with this purchase. The computer is high quality and works as expected. It is also quite easy to upgrade. Would recommend.

Upgraded my PC after many years and I couldn’t be happier! The graphics card is a beast! Great gaming PC. This is my second iBUYPOWER, would definitely purchase again.

Was wanting a good PC for years, but I had an OK one that run eh. But since VR cuaght my interest, it gave me more of a reason to upgrade, excellent PC!!
