I've been using this PC for pretty much everything since purchasing it, and it has not failed me in any regards. Not only does it boot up in seconds, but it loads games much faster than I had ever expected! The RGB lights are a wonderful touch that I personally enjoy, though that may not be what some people like in a PC.

Pre builds are usually poorly assembled but not this one. I'm really impressed with the cable management, rgb lighting and beautiful case. This computer has changed my mind about buying pre builds vs building my self. I highly recommend it! If I run into any problems in the future I will edit this post but so far so good.

This is my second IBUYPOWER computer. For the price I could not have built one similar. My only wish is that it had a built in USB-C connector as my last unit did have that built in the GTX 1080. Worth it especially if you catch it on sale. I upgraded the ram to 32 gb and added an m.2 drive very easily. Runs like a champ!

I just bought the model number BB973 a few days ago. I really enjoyed using it especially gaming. The 4 fans are really not really loud for a full speed. Although when I received it, the fans did not spin because the cables are not plugged in, but still manage to fix it easily and I don't mind that. Overall, great computer!

My experience with iBuyPower was great. Helped me get my first gaming PC that also worked well for my wife’s photography and music. The wireless network driver was messed up after an update and I called in to get help, thinking it was the computer. Ended up being a windows glitch, but the support staff helped me regardless.

This is our second iBuyPower gaming PC. I have purchased these PCs for my boys. We have never had problems with iBuyPower products. My boys are very happy and it offers hours of entertainment. The only complaint my boys have is the keyboard. It is not very comfortable to type with and will be changed out for something else.

So far so good and we are impressed with this system. This is our first gaming computer and we hope for the best. One thing though, it did say that it came with a remote to control (With the accessory) the lighting but we did not find one anywhere in the box.

Credentials: I've built PCs since 600mhz processors were cool. I currently own an asus rog maximus VIII, i7 9700k, cooler master 212 evo, nvidia rtx 2080 fe, 16GB g.skill ripjaws DDR4 3200, and corsair rm850i gold power supply, and samsung evo SSDs that I keep updated. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son on 11/17/2019, with my curiosity about these pre-built gaming rigs hitting critical mass. Up until this evening, I thought the machine ran great - ran WoW on 8/10 in full raids with no issue, and ultra for any other game we threw at it. It's quiet thanks to the liquid cooling, and the SSD provides fast boot times. Tonight, he came downstairs and complained that the "white circle of spinning dots" was continuing to spin on a black screen. I explained Microsoft PROBABLY released another update, and to give it a minute to complete updating. 10 minutes later, he came downstairs to make pancakes. After we gobbled them up, I asked him what game he was playing, and he said the white circle was still spinning..."Oh no..." When I got to the PC, the red access light next to the power button was flashing...not good. I powered down, powered up, and at the IBUYPOWER load screen, there was a message to press any key to skip disk check. Disk check proceeded...spinning white circle. This continued until it didn't, at which point we tried to boot back up. This time I got into the BIOS - everything appeared fine from a system standpoint, so I exited without saving. PC/Device failure message - I tried each of the four options to try to troubleshoot (I can't recall the options), to no avail. Important to note: this computer gets moderate use, between 2-4 hours per day of schoolwork or gaming. It's put to sleep or shut down when not in use. Now I'm writing this review, but will be looking up the motherboard that ships stock in this thing to see if there's an m.2 port. If there is, I'll probably just write this off as lesson learned, give him the stick I bought for myself, and go make a recovery USB. If not, I'll have to see what a nightmare RMA'ing a hard drive that I can't get data off of will be...maybe they'll just send a new one, that is, if I'm still under warranty! More to follow. Note to BestBuy: Why do you require me to answer whether I'd recommend to a friend? I'm providing detailed feedback to total strangers - if this problem gets fixed, yes, I'll recommend it to a friend. If not, then I won't.
