We are on the 3rd power supply since purchasing this computer. The first lasted 8 months, the second 6 months. I hope this is not a pattern.

My son loves it best gaming system about the first one they sold it in the Novi Michigan store Best Buy store first person to buy it for my son he loves it.

I would recommend this PC for gamers who want a PC that will last them a good amount of time rather than trying to upgrade parts every year. Overall a beautiful looking PC as well.

We got this PC for the technical department of my church, for video streaming the device works perfect and delivers good video and audio capture for excellent church streaming.

This was my first ever pc so I did a lot of research and shopping and went with this one. Not only is it a power house but it is also very aesthetic. Highly recommended.

When you need help checking out a high-end computer this is the place you need to be. My Grandson is having a ball with his gaming computer. Just go to Best buy and there you go.

Good build bad airflow. What i did to easily fix this was i took the front panel off and using a heatgun remove the glass and replaced it with PC mesh

A great gaming system. My son has not stopped playing with it There is so much storage and memory for the gamer. Easy to set up. Great to hours of fun.

I normally build my own computers.... I was in a bind for an upgrade and looking for convenience through this pandemic. I needed something in a hurry to get me going. iBUYPOWER much like nearly any computer manufacture out there, will always use the cheapest parts they can use while still attempting to make the computer function. If you're spending $1,800 on this PC.... I can STILL get past that if the computer functions the way it's supposed to. Aesthetically, the PC looks incredible.... it felt like a quality box, until I turned it on. I was impressed immediately with how it looked on the sim I play (iRacing). Unfortunately, within about 20-30 min in use... the computer locked up. I downloaded a temperature monitoring program called "CPUID HWMonitor" that someone from iBUYPOWER recommended to download in a forum where someone was complaining about overheating. I quickly discovered the processors were overheating well past a safe limit and running temperatures as hot as 83-88C. They simply did not mount the processor in correctly, or the cooling system wasn't even hooked up right. I've read several posts in here about lack of build quality when putting these together and it looks like mine had that same fate. I'm okay with paying a big amount of money for a PC like this... EVEN with second or third tier parts.... I really am, as long as it works right.......... but even that couldn't be accomplished with my unit. That's a shame... it was my first time with an iBUYPOWER product and I don't think I will be back for these reasons. I think I will stick to my own stuff.

I bought this PC as an upgrade from my last, and I must say it was a great buy. It plays everything at a high frame rate, and worked straight out of the box. Excellent product.

Good pc it's pretty fast. The only problem I have is that sometimes while gaming it goes really loud then the screen goes black and I have to hard reset it.

As a CS:GO gamer, this iBuyPower machine boosts my gaming experience greatly. Everything works smoothly out of the box. Love it!

Bought so I could do Sim racing. Then covid hit before I got everything to set up. Still using for gaming and YouTube. I really enjoy it and don’t have any issues.

I was going to build my own PC when someone recommended this PC. Turned out to be exactly what I needed! One really nice thing is there is no bloatware with this PC other than the RGB controls! Very happy with my purchase!

Looks great and arrived sooner than expected! This PC is not jammed with lots of useless programs that you have to uninstall to get things running smoothly either!

Good reluctantly and I would buy for sure is good and make sure put protection on it and you would do good on it one best purchase I have ever bought

Besides what I would say is a normal amount of updates to the system I have had no issues at all which is what I expect when spending this much money. Great value, great system and would definitely recommend

Was very happy when my IBUYPOWER came in. It started up right away out of the box just had to take the foam insert out. lights look great sounds smooth can't wait to start downloading and testing it out!!

Water cooler died after a little over a year, I’ve personally upgraded the power supply from the given 650W, other than that the specs are great.
