Cooling fan fail shortly after a year of owning. Easily fixed but it does show quality of products used to an extent.

I also added another 32 GB to the memory just to have a machine that will handle future software. This speeds up my downloads which I really appreciate.

I got this desktop for VR games (oculus), and it does that with no problem at all. For a prebuilt pc it's really good, runs really quiet with games at max settings.

I recommend it for purchase if you need a home computer that combines all the tools necessary for full-fledged work and entertainment.

For anyone thinking of building like i was, shop around and you might get a good deal on a prebuilt setup with Warranty for the same cost as building it yourself.

Its a great PC but my AIO cooler broke down after 8 months. And my cooling temps was insufficent. But overall good PC.

I picked this computer up from Best Buy for Christmas... I just couldn't wait to get it up and running, so early Christmas for my "kids"!!!

This computer plays every game i can throw at it on max settings and does a great job with Flight sim despite its super high performance demands.

This thing is a beast! Unpacking and setup was quick and easy. All cables were connected and all ports worked like a charm. Looking forward to gaming!

Product came with bezel-dongle detached from Mobo. They give really clear instructions that this is usual and how to solve. Great and perfect since!

Great gaming rig ..mouse an keyboard are ok ..but I up graded to corsair gaming gear....watch for sale I got it for 350 less then advertised ...

The computer began to lag after about 5 months, using internet browser and Youtube, the mouse would lag across the screen. I set up a system repair. The system repair failed and the computer could no longer load windows. 6 months after purchase I'm sending the entire system back to be repaired, after attempting to replace the SSD harddrive. It's really a shame considering I bought the most expensive version they had at my local store.

Went in to the store to upgrade my current system. Representative suggested this system, and he was right on target. Excellent product for a great price!

After 10 months of usage, I can say I have no complaints. Great specs delivered at a reasonable price (I bought it at 200$ discount)
