Plus once the computer was out of the box, the keyboard included had 2 keys that were popped off. But besides all that, the computer runs smoothly!

We bought 2 and I cant get the RGB to work in my other one (spouses, but its just fine in mine. i took off stars for his getting lack of quality control.
